@ chigozie u are very correct but this is not d time. The time frame for analysis of how to work out modalities is much. Our ppl are dying in silence, 6-8months salaries arreas not allowances. The corrective measures should come after bail out / be done simultaneously.

God Almighty sees their heart those wicked son of a bitch called governors. Greatest NLC i think all federal characters & ministry should join force with d state workers in order for the federal govt to consider them very fast. Our brothers & sisters are suffering with their children. I av seen a family whereby both husband & wife works with state govt. How do we think they would survive.
