yeah, there is hope just pray people don't "spank" as much as they did last year cos that is what can make the cut-off low than what we had last year, they've not release cutoff for this year anyway.
another thing that can make this year cutof lower than last year is if lesser people apply to study law compere with last year.

math will nt be used in calculating ur point cos math is nt required to study law in the first place and that is why the point is now 63 instead of the 61 u posted earlier

@lissy. ife-wise as answered ur question perfectly. 69.1 ,66.8 ,61.6 for merit, locality and elds respectively.

lit-in-eng is very compulsory to study law. there is no penalty for using 2 settings, only criteria. To use two results, someone has to be deficient in one or more of the required subject to study a particular course in the first result tender and that is why the second result come to play. In case of two sitting however, minimum of 6 credit is required unlike 5 which is required in one sitting

that is so cos UI don't offer the course u chose(electronics/computer), and what they feel is closest to it is what they gave u. or ddi u prefer computer science to that?

for second choice candidate and awaiting result candidate, there is nothing to be worried about, wait for ur time.
U.I will soon call u all after they are done wit 1st choice on 17th of this month.
if i say don't worry, i mean it, that is how it was done last year.

why will u be feeding these innocent people with information contrary to what is officially released by the school on her website?
why will u ask them to obtain form when the school says a second choice and those who are awaiting their result should not?
why will u ask people to obtain pin and wait till September when the result will be released, when UI says the registration is closing 17th August?

my vadict:
people should check for valid information on www.ui.edu.ng
people should disregard any information that is contrary to what is officially released cos they are misleading
people should be careful about no posted on this thread and no they call, cos discusion will be done secret( imagine if the above info was given on fone and there is nobody to condemn it)
all necessary question should be ask and discussed on this thread to benefit other and to confirm the authentication.
