Freeze should do other things for popularity and stop pandering to aggrieved tithe payers' emotions. Your anger on how many offerings including tithes are supposedly being expended on luxuries by some pastors at the expense of dying church goers may be justified but who are you to judge. Nobody is forcing tithe on anyone... You may package yours and deliver it straight to God if you find that necessary. Foolish Freeze

Nowaday, people are tailoring religion to meet their taste thru distorted, wrong scriptural interpretation.

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Hosea 4:6

I will like you bring to your attention that prior to Jesus' death and resurrection the era of Grace had not fully kicked in. That means that the people were still under the law and the commandments of Moses. The Bible says Jesus did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill it. In Luke 5:14, Jesus commanded a man he healed of leprosy to go show himself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses required. There are many more examples were Jesus told people to obey the law of Moses. This is because the era of Grace hasn't been ushered in by his death and resurrection. We are now under Grace. Under the law of Moses, you don't 'give" tithe, you PAY tithe: they are two different things. After eating in a restaurant, you don't give for your meal , You PAY for your meal. It's a debt. Moreso, you don't pay a gift , you GIVE a gift.

Under grace, we are called to be cheerful givers!!! Jesus paid ALL your debts. Everything we do towards is a gift of our love back to him .... We love him because he first Loved us!

If God gave his Best GIFT to us when we don't deserve it, were enemies and did nothing good.... How much more now that we are his children.

Summary is that you can receive more than that you are receiving today... And God doesn't have to change anything. He has Given you All you need. Keep giving out of Love....
