Thank you I reached out to the embassy yesterday via phone and I was asked to send in her passport details to support-nigeria@ustraveldocs.com, the payment receipt and the turn-back letter. They helped update her profile and now I am good to go. I appreciate your efforts and prompt reply @ ALL.

I understand what you’re saying. Have you tried creating a separate appointment account just for your mom? You made the appointment via your dad’s account so not much you can do there.

I haven't created a separate account yet, do you advice I go ahead to do that? Then I guess I will be using the initial receipt number for her?

Not sure you can actually reschedule - technically speaking, the interview date is already past. The document you posted assumes a single applicant; except in this case, there are two applicants and the primary applicant has already interviewed. You might need to speak to someone at the embassy explaining the situation and provide them with all documentation. This one is tricky because the appointment system is outsourced. Otherwise, create a separate appointment account for your mum, and try scheduling another appointment using the same receipt. Please report back. Thanks

Thank you for this prompt reply....There are two applicants and the primary applicant (Dad) has already been interviewed and granted a visa. The challenge now is when I go back to the appointment page to reschedule that of Mum...where do I start from, I have attempted updating the existing profile which only shows Dad's info. However on the appointment history page it has Dad and Mum's name in there with their receipt and
UID numbers.

Please I need an urgent help and advice as regards a visa application for my parents to come over to the USA. I filled the DS-160 Dad and included Mum as a travel companion. Dads DS-160 confirmation code was used to book an appointment for last week Tuesday....just a few days to the interview I learnt that Mum also needs to fill a seperate DS-160 form which I did but it had a different confirmation code with that used to book the interview appointment.

Dad went in for the interview was given a visa and lodged a complain to the VO who acknowledged the application but asked Dad to fill a seperate DS-160 form while Mum comes in at a later date for her interview.

The challenge now is how do I reschedule a date for Mum using the earlier appointment details which was in Dads name to book an appointment for Mum?

Good morning VO, please I need an urgent assistance on how to register for a courier service, I am an applicant for an immigrant visa and due for an interview second week of September. I have tried registering from the link on the embassy page in Lagos, but it takes me directly to where I will rather login my username and password instead of a page where I will create an account.
