Frittata takes me not more than 4-5 mins to make. I use just onions sometimes, other times I use zucchini.

Whisk and salt your eggs (cheese is optional), heat a little amount of oil, add sliced onion or shredded or sliced zucchini, watch for softness and then add the sauté zucchini or onions to your whisked eggs, whisk again and pour in the pan containing oil. Tilt the pan to make sure the eggs settle evenly, cook for a minute or 2 until the eggs are baked. Voilà! I don't bake in the oven.

Don't waist your money looking for Toyota to buy, why not look for Mazda or Nissan of the same year and enjoy luxury and comfort including reliability , Toyota is over priced and bland, Nigerian mentality sha, do ur research well, cheaper brands with availability of spare parts that will do better are available for u to chose.

Not everyone can be a substantive Minister.Some Ministries have been merged together cause of Hard Economic Times and some where given Minister of State according to my count everyone has been placed in a ministry. So what exactly do you mean by some are without portfolios.
