PhonesRe: Aliexpress Complaint!!! by Djdannyb4u(m): 1:44am On Oct 11, 2019
Anybody buying anything from AliExpress should 1st understand that there's a time frame for delivery of the items to your closest post office. The estimated delivery dates are always written there. So if you are buying from AliExpress, you must be patient and in most cases remove your mind and just expect a call from the post office at any time.
A registered mail usually comes within 10 to 14 days (keep in mind that these are usually "AliExpress Standard Shipping Methods").
Others can take from 30 to 60 days which in this case, if the buyer's protection time runs out, just open a dispute on the tracking page of dat particular order and request for a refund or replacement. It usually takes from 2 to 5 working days for AliExpress to refund. Me I no get time to check wen the money dey land back for my account but I know that AliExpress has never disappointed me in both delivery of the products or refunds.

Good one chairman, even me, what turned me off rn7 was the hybrid slot, its not a nigerian thing because majority of us ( over 90%) use 2 sim cards and keep media in sd cards. Am enjoying my a30 and there is no issue at all, battery management is what every user has to learn because its subject to different usage types... above all overall performance varies because we use phones differently
So true

whoever said the sound quality when making calls is bad is a terrible liar..there's nothing bad about it.most people giving bad reviews of the phone have not handled it.
This is the simple truth.
Since I set my Samsung Galaxy A30 to 3G on the glo sim, I have not been experiencing dat hotness on the back of the phone even when I'm playing Asphalt 9.
My Airtel and 9mobile 4G sim are a breeze wen browsing and downloading.
I have lots of shared data on glo dat's Y I use it a lot and thereby mostly get 6 hours SOT.
I really don't like it but because of free data I can put up with it.
Put every factor into consideration when buying ur phone, simple.!
Wen I wanted to buy a new phone, I tot hard about the Samsung Galaxy A30 and the RN7. The RN7 has the band 28 but what set me off was the hybrid sim. I already have a Nokia X5 which is a hybrid sim phone, which I'm not so pleased about. Y will I still want another hybrid sim phone.
The Nokia X5 is a really good phone except for the poor quality night pictures.
So please Xiaomi pipo should leave Samsung thread alone & face theirs.
1 love. Happy Sunday

tasonivan:
Bro, Please how True are these? It's someone's post I copied from another platform..

"Samsung A30 is avg performance. Bcz some main issues are,
1. The backed side (between camera and fingetprint) of the phone getting heat quickly when we use the chrome or any browser.
2. Sound quality is worse for phone calls.
3. Samsung widget icon disturb every time when we restart the device.
4. Privacy is average for One UI 1.1, Somany apps are running in background.
5. Every 7hours we need to recharge the phone, the battery drain quickly."
I will speak sincerely from my xperiences so far.

1. The back gets hot(slightly or very hot) depending on the network quality. I complained about this once on a thread and I was made to understand that the lack of 4G network was to blame. I use glo and since my A30 doesn't have band 28, I just set the phone back to 3G. I have experienced heating ever since.

2. The sound quality in phone calls are superb.

3. I have not experienced any Samsung widgets popping up after restart.

4. I don't understand what you mean by privacy is average.

5. Anytime I use my Glo sim to browse, it drains faster cos it's in 3G

In conclusion, Samsung Galaxy A30 is a great product and so are other phones. Just put all your factors into consideration and buy a phone.

One thing I can't do without, is listening to music, as I'm an instrumentalist. I do use Poweramp, (which is arguably one of the best music player for android).
There are actually a lot of visible differences with the Poweramp Music player on the A30, probably because of the android version. Music experience on this device is another thing entirely. cheesy cheesy.
God bless you 4 bringing to my knowledge dis app. It's really a BOMB!!! I use the follow come earphone which is still good but I will buy another good wireless headset.

PhonesRe: Galaxy A30 Thread by Djdannyb4u(m): 10:50am On Aug 27, 2019
The IP68 on the Galaxy A30 really works! It rained heavily in my area in PH on Sunday and someone had a child dedication around my house which brought lots of pipo even in the rain. After the rain stopped and pipo started leaving, a woman using a Samsung Galaxy A30 slipped & fell into a gutter along with her phone in her hand. Some good sameritans searched for the phone for almost 5 minutes in the black gutter water. Wen they eventually found it & brought it up, it was still on. I just took the phone from the person holding it, washed it inside clean water, removed the silicone case, wiped it dry and gave it back to the woman. She unlocked the phone, made a call with it & did a series of checks to find out that the phone was very much OK.
Since I'm using the phone too, I started bragging about the phone and the woman was so happy that she bought the phone. She wasn't even bothered about her fall. We exchanged numbers and I called her the next day to check the status of the phone, and she said it was like nothing had even happened before because the phone was in perfect working condition.
Samsung Galaxy A30 tite in its own level. I no dey compare my phone with those 200k phones but I'm happy I made a good choice and buy.

I like my Galaxy A30. There are other phones available out there but we have our different mindsets and different choices. I was Nokia user from the days of symbian 1 to Lumia.
I chose to buy Samsung Galaxy A30 in May for 72k & have not regretted it. The only thing I regretted is not waiting patiently for this price drops I'm seeing today. wink

Just tell them to stop marking hybrid sim slots, most especially for the Nigerian market
Bros I so agree with you on this. I wanted to buy the RN7 but was push upset to see dat it uses a hybrid sim.
I like to be able to any sim @ any time with a large mmc in the phone.

Even though my galaxy A30 doesn't have band 28, I still prefer glo to Airtel.
Do a 1 day sub on Airtel and see what happens after midnight even though you have not used the data @all
PhonesRe: The Galaxy A Series! by Djdannyb4u(m): 6:41am On Aug 14, 2019
If this be the case or case study so far I guess U guys are right because wen I was using Airtel, I didn't experience & notice battery drains. My wife dey use Nokia X5 & Airtel sim & her SOT dey scata my afro cheesy grin
Seriously speaking I think I should give other networks a try. Afterall this glo network disappears alot.

Nikes:
So, I noticed a lot of people complain about sudden excessive battery drainage and little or too much overheating. Well, based on my experience with the galaxy A10, I think the problem might not be coming from the devices after all. The Network provider you run with is one of the biggest cause of battery drain and overheating. I use both mtn and glo simcards. Whenever I'm in school, I get up to 9hrs SOT on 4g without overheating. This I thought, was because I installed greenify on my device but Coming back home for the weekends, I got a little over 5hrs S0T with very serious overheating. I was shocked when I finally noticed this and simply bought an Airtel sim for whenever I visit home for the weekends since my area does have airtel network and a 4glte coverage. Few weeks ago to date, I haven't experienced excessive battery drain and overheating anymore.
krattoss:
poor network can cause battery drainage as the antennas of the phone will be searching for network or some sort I learned
If this be the case or case study so far I guess U guys are right because wen I was using, I wasn't really experiencing these battery drains but after sometime of Glo usage, I started experiencing it. My mum's galaxy A9 has band 28 which is super fast in my area in PHC. But since my A30 doesn't have, I had to settle for 3g also because I have lots of free data and shared data. I think I'll switch to my 9mobile cos Airtel na thieves and crooks combined. U can't subscribe a 1 day(24 hrs) sub & really use it. If you sub by 7 or 8 PM of a particular day, wen it gets to midnight, ur sub will expire. It is only wen U renew a fresh sub dat the previous expired sub will be released as a roll over. And airtel dey sap data like craze.

My Galaxy A30 dat I bought in May have started battery draining. I charged it to 100% by midnight, woke up 4am to wee & noticed 8% had gone. I had no running background apps. I have done less than 4hrs SOT & have about 33% left. Pls does anyone have a suggestion on possible solution to this problem.

PhonesRe: Glo 4g+ Or Lte + by Djdannyb4u(m): 8:45pm On Jul 09, 2019
Glo's 4g LTE is on band 28 which so many phones 2day don't have. My mother's Samsung Galaxy A9 shows 4G cos it supports band 28. My Samsung Galaxy A30 just shows H+ cos it doesn't have band 28. I still enjoy the glo data services though.
My advice to anybody dat intends to use Glo 4G, should 1st check if his/her phone supports band 28.
Cheers
