The truth is that the additional fees are for the professionals he engaged or how does he intend to pay for the services of the Agent that brought the tenant and the lawyer that will prepare the agreement? The caution deposit is for a security that the landlord will keep to be refunded whenever the tenant is moving out if nothing is damaged.

Did you read the story? Agreement is between landlord and tenant not tenant and agent. Rent is 600k and he increased it with over 50%. Thereby making half of what the person that built the house is earning for a house he didn't build. Guy is a thief.

I don’t understand why things like this are considered news. We already have websites and apps that track real-time fuel prices at filling stations across various locations. That’s exactly what we need in Nigeria. The average motorist wants to know the current price at nearby stations — not what Dangote is selling. Abi I lie?
