Someone suggested a gift deed of a landed property like a house, duly valued and using the Certificate of occupancy, transferred to the applicant and notarized.

Can it be used successfully as a proof of fund..?

How do you go around this.. if one was in a workplace, was paid for a one continous year and was owed for a considerable number of months before he left.

Work was fulltime and reference letters can be acquired for those periods, however bank statement might not cover some months as no salaries was received in those months.

These period which exceed a year that bank statement can reflect has been claimed in the profile, however there might not be proof of payment for some of those months.

Been hearing some cracking sounds inside my tank, immediately after I park. It stops after few minutes though. Ran a diagnostic on the check light ive been receiving and got a P0441, P0455 and P0741.

The first two was about Evap system issue and the other was Torque converter clutch circuit. It's a Corolla 05.

Please what's the best way to approach this?

You're right...I for one would be willing to help but I wouldn't know where (or even how) to start. First off, I'm not very confident of my French outside the scope of the exam. Again, I also feel many of us are still learning French from scratch, to get a general understanding of the language, hence, don't yet know the specific areas to focus more attention on.

I agree though that the task of passing this exam is not as daunting as it appears so I'm game if you are _{as you senior me for this French waka}

Hello house, I got an offer from one of the adverts posted on this thread 2 months ago. I went for the interview last month and I was opportune to receive an offer, all glory to God. I resumed last week.

(we all know the one that gets more attention). we now beg to ask which one should is priority... the one that affects humanity which you claim to love and always be at peace with OR the one that barely affects an immortal being who you serve/worship and is capable of defending himself without the help of any mortal being, that's why he's God in the first place... right?

Look for example, it's a religion thread.. for Muslims I believe. why make it closed?? why making it look like it's a cult or something shady goes on here? why do one have to 'confess' all those things you wrote as condition before one can see or participate on what goes on here? Islam is a religion of peace... does peace have to select and swear an oath for those who want to experience it?
