last week I purchased a custom .com.ng domain from web4africa for my blogger site, after setting up the necessary DNS settings the website refused to come live, o called the technical teams, opened alot of tickets and the problem still remained the same, just yesterday I found out the domain is working on mobile phone but has refused to work on my PC browsers, I have started regretting why I used the site, the domain is www.onosmedia.com.ng, and the old address is secwatchs..com, anybody with similar problem? please help, I need it badly! thanks |

Nothing good comes easy, they say, that’s the law that govern success, success is not by chance, rather it’s trophy won at the end every successful battle, the battles of success comes in different forms just as success itself comes in different forms, be financial success, academicals success, marital success or even political success, the bottom line is you must fight for it, “if you need to eat a good meal, you should be ready to work hard” . Many a times I have heard people talking about this particular personality called” success” while some believed is something that comes naturally others believed it comes by chance, I personally used to believe that is character present in every body but waiting to be developed until fate proved me wrong, I have seen great men, wealthy entrepreneurs, successful business men and women, and I have also seen poor men, struggling business men and many unsuccessful entrepreneur, at a time I began to think and doubt my believed that “success is an inborn character waiting to be developed” then I realized that if I too want to be successful, I need to have a clear knowledge of what success actually is, this new zeal to discover what success is made of, I began studying the life, the good and the bad times of every successful man I come across, and then I found out one single quality about them. THEY FAUGHT FOR SUCCESS To every history made there is always story attached to it, and to every trophy won there is always a battle attached to it, that is why today I choose to share some of the success story I have heard and you see the most common thing among them is they fought for it. Cosmos Maduka(coscharis group); A lot of us must have heard of this guy, if not for anything other thing, but for the fact that his company is the one of the largest suppliers of BMW cars in Nigeria and west Africa. Mr. Cosmos story was not a bed of roses from the beginning rather it was a mattress of shrubs decorated with thorns just like many of us, but what made is life stand out was the fact that he was able to the mattress not just into a bed but was able to secure the bed no matter what happened, cosmos lost his dad at the age of four, having no other choice, he started hawking a akara for his mother at the age of seven, considering the poor financial status of the family, young cosmos was forced to stop schooling at elementary 3, in 1970 he moved to lagos with his uncle and was working as an automobile apprentice for his uncle, at night since is uncle has no place of his own to stay, he would go and sleep at his friends place. While young cosmos will sleep at the shop till dawn at end of every work day, this continue for some time till 1975 when his relationship with his uncle fell apart, for attending a church camp program and absenting himself from work, without his uncle’s permission, which lead to his uncle immediately terminating his apprenticeship and subsequently settling him with the pitiful sum of 200 naira(1$) to punish him. (THE VALUE OF 200NAIRAE AS AT THAT TIME WAS WORTH A LITTLE MORE THAN TODAY). With his settlement, he founded an auto spare parts business called Maduka Brothers with his brother which eventually shut down, and they parted ways due to ideological differences. This separation left him with an additional 100 Naira, and a total of 300 Naira ($1.5) as working capital. With just 300 Naira ($1.5) in capital to have another trial at entrepreneurship, Cosmas Maduka started a new business as the sole proprietor. He began by buying and selling motorcycle spare parts from Boulos Industries. The major product that was turning in a lot of returns for him was Boulos’s new innovation, motorcylce crash ban. He would buy several of them and remove the address of Boulos from the carton so that people wouldn’t know where he was buying from. Within a short period of one week, his capital rose from 300 Naira ($1.5) to 3,000 Naira ($15). By the age of 19, Cosmas Maduka decided to get married to a beautiful woman called Charity. A short while after his marriage, he started importing products, but was struck with a great misfortune when he received the wrong consignment. This loss led him into several debts, and his landlord which he owed several months rent ended up locking his shop. With nothing in hand, Cosmas had to start all over again. He picked a weight scale that he had received as a gift from his marriage, took it to the market, and started to charge 10 kobo from everyone who measured their weight. This daily routine got his wife in deep tears because of what her husband was going through, remembering their previous comfortable state. After saving up a little capital, Cosmas Maduka teamed up with a friend of his, Dave, to start a new business called CosDave. Not long after their new business partnership, they fell apart due to disagreements on decisions made. This new breakup prompted him to start yet another business called Coscharis. The name Coscharis was formed by the combination of two different names; his name, Cosmas, and his wife’s name, Charity. Cosmas Maduka’s big break finally came when in the same year 1982, the Nigerian government granted ten (10) motor companies import licences, and his Coscharis motors was selected. Ever since then, his company has continued to grow sporadically, with several branches around Nigeria. Today, his personal net worth according to an interview with Forbes Africa 2015, sits at over $500 million US dollars and counting. As of 2016, Coscharis motors is not just one of the largest automobile dealers in Nigeria, but is also the exclusive distributor of BMW automobiles in Nigeria. So you see considering the obstacles before cosmos, he never gave up, he fought his way to the top, he didn’t wait for life to tell him take, rather he took it from life by force, just know whatever business you are doing today, thousands of people are doing too, so you just need to buckle up your belt and fight, success is always about struggling, if cosmos maduka can do it, you too can do it, just be yourself!!(ojiezele destiny) source; http://www.onosblogs..com

Today I will be talking on the simple rules of choosing a successful career, I always tell people choosing a career is not something you rush into, do you know the principles? Do you know what you are going for? Why am I choosing this, as my career? Will I be happy doing this? This and many more are some of the questions you must ask yourself before choosing any career, Choosing a career is not as easy as you think, there are lot of things attached to it, that you don’t know about, I can remember very well while growing up those days, when someone ask us what do you want to become, the answer is very is simple, we simply smile and reply “ a doctor” and give us five to six days and ask us that same question again we will definitely give you a different answer, but you will be surprised that all those things we said those years are not the career we finally choose when we eventually grew up, that is to tell you, that the word career is no joke. Considering the fact that choosing a career has now become a major problem In our society today, the truth is that you can’t run away from it no matter what, is either your career is not working out fine or you are planning to go for another one, and that is it, a lot of problem keep arising from this angle, and it will continue, because a lot of people kept on making the same old mistakes they have been making, I have taken time to review this situation and due to some personal experiences have been able to come out with some of the secrets to choosing a successful career, the rules are very simple if we can apply them, we will sure have a great career. 1.Dscovering your potential; your potential is your number 1 key to a successful career, when it comes to choosing a career your potential or talent as the case may be as human being has a very significant role to play, potential has to do with that in born talent you have, it could be singing, dancing, acting, writing, even speaking, no matter the talent you have you have to bring it out first then and start working towards it. 2.Setting goals for your career; when we are talking about setting goals for your career, it has to do with making plans ahead of time, before starting up any career at all, you should have been able to come out with how you want it to be in the next two to three years, write it down and glance through it once in awhile, definitely you will see yourself working towards it. 3.Be positive minded; one major problem most people have is that they are negatively minded, they are so blinded by the impossibilities, that they can’t even see the positive aspect of it, after all you don’t expect everything to be a bed of roses from the beginning, until you start viewing your career from a ppositive angle, you can never make things right. 4.Be ready for the worst; yes you should be ready for the worst, when it comes to choosing and making your career work out, the reason you should be prepared even before you start at is that since you are already prepared when the worst come you will be able to face it. 5.Motivation; when it comes to career, at a times it might become so boring that you will start thinking of giving up, when you have something that motivates you, a role model or a goal, you will keep on going, matter what, because any time the road becomes frustrating, all you need to do is to look up to that person or goal and yes, you will be right back on rack again.(ojiezele destiny) source; http://www.onosblogs..com |

Wow!! Yes it’s new year again, the 2017 we have been waiting for is finally here, most of us are still on vacation or probably still enjoying the season’s bliss with our loved ones, however no matter where you are or what you are doing don’t, be carried away, this is a new year and yes a new month ,something made this month so important and that’s what we going to be discussing today, that is writing your new year’s resolution, For the sake of those who are just hearing that phrase for the very first time “your new year’s resolutions are the written down plans you have for this new year” now there is something crucial about writing your new year’s resolution, which is the inability to stick to stick to your resolution, for this particular reason most people has given up on writing resolution, thinking that it is certain that they can’t stick to to it. However studying the situation personally I have discovered that problem started actually from the very day we started planning our resolutions, I have experienced it too, not even once or twice but a couple of times it also got to a point I almost gave up on writing new year’s resolution until discovered and corrected this common mistakes I have been repeating all this while. 1.Differentiating what I wanted from what I needed; yeah it sounds silly right? but that’s the fact, there is a very bold and visible boundary drawn between needs and wants, when we are talking about needs, we are talking about those essential and mandatory things that must be available for our satisfaction, meaning that it is a necessity, and it must be available, now when we are talking about wants it means something we desire not that is not really necessary or important that just it’s not mandatory this where our goals, ,business and every other achievements falls into, now looking at this two, the major problem between them is interchanging them, placing needs in the area of wants and placing wants in the area of needs, when it comes to resolution writing, needs are not supposed to be there at all because you know fully well that no matter what happens, you must get what you need, you have been getting it before ,even before the new year, lets take food as an example, ’food’ is a basic need, we need it to survive and we know no matter what we will definitely have something to eat because we have been eating all this while, now it be will ridiculous if you should add food to your resolution lists, instead of placing your new business plans there, you see that’s silly, so before writing your plans for the year is good you sit down and try separating your needs from your wants if you must succeed with your plans this year. 2.Making your lists junky; of course I know there are lots of things you really wanted to accomplish this year, from graduating from college to getting a job, owning a new house or car and even getting married and all of that, oh my God, how are you going to do all that just in one year, yes definitely you are going to land crash on the way, so why not just make the list a little bit shorter and going for that it, I know everything on your list is important, but just try and sketch out the ones that are more important and try going for that first, rather than placing all your life plans in one year, there is one thing about a junky list ,you always get fed up with it, that is because anytime you look at the list and see a bunch of unachieved goals you always feel like a failure even when you have been able to fulfill one or two things on the lists, so why not save yourself the stress and moreover a shorter list will make you more focused and motivated . 3.Going for all at once; now after we have been able separate what we want from our needs and have been able to shorten our list, the next possible mistake is going for everything at once, hey relax!! You are not a superman, even God himself did not create everything in one day, so why did rush, be calm and take everything one after the other according to their importance, remember you can’t catch two rats at the same time, to make this possible rearrange your list and in order of their importance, and start working towards it, for instance you plan to search for a good job immediately after your university degree you can’t just start looking for the job right when you are still in school or probably when you are writing your projects, you just have to let one go first if must get the other one, that is how it should be, don’t just go for everything once, work according to how important they are to you. 4.Easily distracted ;finally now that you have been be able to come out with a reasonable resolution, the next thing is to stay focused on your goals, don’t be moved by your failure, it is not compulsory that you must achieve everything on your list before the end of the third quarter of the year, it might take a little a time, more than you expected, but don’t be discourage, it is the last quarter of the year does not mean it’s the last day on earth, and moreover many a times we fail on the attempt to achieve one of our goals on the list, sometimes because of that we just give up, we failed one doesn’t mean we shouldn’t move to other or should just dump the rest, no! instead failing one out of ten goals should even motivates you to achieve the rest nine, ”you are not a failure because you missed the first goal at out of five penalty kicks, but you are a failure because refused to continue playing the game, when there is still time, forgetting you still have other four chances”(ojiezele destiny) Any questions, suggestions, comments or complaints? please let me know through the comment box thanks!!! source;http://www.onosblogs..com
