the problem is Fubara can only get his men in through APP....Wike has control of both the APC and PDP structures in the state and as bad as it go be Wike will go home with at least half of those LG seats....if not all....cause what structure does APP have to challenge PDP and APC in Rivers......

This is a welcome development as it is a judgement which can only be vacated by the Appeal court.

The Order issued by the Rivers state High court to INEC or RSIEC is now a nullity.

While Fubara is using the state High court, Wike is using the Federal High Court Abuja.

Only Appeal court can resolve Rivers state issues.

This is politics on a higher level .

The game plan is simple. Sim will still go on and try to do the election and put his APP supporters as winners. The court will declare it illegal. FG will keep withholding the Rivers LG funds as the election isn't legally recognised.
Sometime next year Senate and house will pass bill for only INEC to be conducting LG elections. It will be done in Rivers state. Wikes PDP will sweep it. FG will now release funds to these new winners. Wike will now use these new winners and the funds to fight Sim and makesure he doesn't return.
