They're Border communities with Benue state. And you know the spate of insurgency in Benue state. The herdsmen have crossed over and unleashing mayhem on the communities.

Not long ago, the women in those communities protested naked because the governor was not addressing their plights.

Also,a student of ESUT lost his life to the herdsmen when he went to assist the mother in the farm. It becomes more pathetic because he lost his father to same herdsmen about Three years ago.

So, you could see all is not well with Enugu state. The governor is sleeping while the people are being hounded and killed by the herdsmen.

Though, people say his docility is part of the agreement that enthroned him as Governor before the tribunal. He didn't win Guber elections but through Court processes. And one of the preconditions for winning at the tribunal is by having shift in favor of northern establishment.
