access bank , and I called the customer already the guy said so far I’ve uploaded the required docs I should wait that it’s still under review … it makes a week tomorrow

You have to call access bank customer care to cancel that one first before applying for another one, that was what I was told when I visited the FX section of the bank.

Okay boss I called the customer care and I was told not to open another one that they are still reviewing the documents I uploaded

Kindly click on the menu botton, then click on yiu application number to view you work flow.
All is fine.

But the menu button didn’t show workflow it only shows upload, download or cancel as the options there
The only workflow is requesting for additional docs which I’ve uploaded since last Saturday that I was requested makes a week tomorrow .. please y’all I just need to know if I should start another one or they’d update it
