MI A3 has a better display dan d note 7...i compared both b4 settling 4 MI A3...d note 7 is brighter dan d mi a3, & much better under direct sunlight...but better indoors dan d note 7...they re both beautiful screens...some of my neigbours & friends prefare d IPS while some love d Amoled..

Same reason I got the MI a3 over the note 7

The only drawback of the mi A3 is the 720p Amoled display meaning that it is not a bad display but it cannot be compared with the one used by 1080p phones such as the Samsung A30 and other full high definition display Amoled. In terms of display, the a30 is better than the mi A3 but the positive is that it ends there.
The miA3 is better than redmi note 7 except one is fixed on Miui, does not care too much about stock camera, power consumption of the CPU.

All things being constant, the miA3>Rn7>A50>A40>A30

please note that the major advantage of stock Android is faster and longer updates, with the only negative of it being boring and lacking features that comes with the personal UI of the OEM

I didn't quote you and you can't tell me shit about a phone I use currently. I said constant direct Google update oga. After the period of 3 years Xiaomi will still push updates to the phones. Even Xiaomi of more than 5 years ago are still receiving updates.

First and foremost the buyer needs an AMOLED screen device, this is my first Xiaomi phone and it's the MI a3. I won't watch anyone come here to say thrash about a phone that has consistently given me joy.
The phone uses Android one thereby all updates are done directly in line with Google and the phone will have updates for a period of 3 years directly from Google. The screen quality is amazing you just need to feel how satisfying this phone is to hold. Everyone that sees my device thinks I am using an apple device, saying the phone is not big depends on your definition of big(I'll advice you go to a shop and feel the smoothness of the phone) online review especially such reviews from people that have never used the MI a3 almost made me not to buy the phone but when I got it, it was soo perfect. I haven't even talked about the camera. Bro the phone is a steal for it's price. I'll advice you go to a phone shop preferably and operate the MI a3 for yourself. Ohh I didn't tell you it has an onscreen fingerprint sensor. Bro the MI a3 is your perfect device. Trust me and thank me later.

They sent me update on 25th of December 2019, and so far so good the hanging has stopped.. I also noticed that the charging is faster and sound quality is top notch. The browsing is madt too.. I'm enjoying the phone.. but the front camera doesn't improve..

Why would the phone camera improve when they use inferior lens to do it.
I wonder how people use the device. But Samsung are trying o. They just can't perfect it to iPhone standard.
