Mcleo007: Every member of the team has lost us points... From the MSN trio failing to take goal scoring chances, to the midfielders failing to make possession count, to the defenders giving poor cover to a hapless goal keeper. In the end, the team won a domestic double. Even T. Vermalean played his part. I recall a certain game at the camp Nou we won by his lone goal. Malaga. |

ddippset: not just higuain. Aguero too. Higuain and Aguero are 2 of the biggest national team flops. In as much as I know Higuain had been sloppy in front of goal for Argentina, I must confess Aguero had turned out to be worse, at least in the last two comps. . They should get their act together and pull this one off. |

But, he put in a solid performance (especially when he put his life on the line to stop a guy from taking bicycle kick) Kudos to Byke Mathieu! Mehn, I give it to Mathieu for that. If no be that sacrifice from am (because he risked getting injured, but had only one thing in mind; to clear the ball away) the story for just different. |

sebod: Masch made a great sacrifice IMO and fully deserves the accolades. That's what an inexperienced Batra should have done to Bale against Madrid knowing fully well we had a 'basket Pinto' between the post He made a timely foul before getting to the box to ensure we didn't concede a goal which could be so detrimental. Kudos must be given to our players to have been able to survive the onslaught thereafter. That was the best defensive play I have seen us put up over the years. They worked hard to ensure Masch's sacrifice eventually paid off. Kudos to Pique, Busi and Stegen for the great show! Exactly about the Bartra-Bale ish. As for our defensive game, someone should remind a game we defended better than last night's game. For me, I can't seem to remember. I was watching in awe that could thia be my Barça playing or an Atletico side who are resilient in defending. We defended in numbers. I could count how many times Messi played long balls (O in PS or B in Xbox) outta our own box. I could see how Messi and Neymar were defending like their lives depended on it. I was highly impressed. I had never seen Barça more composed in defence than last night. |

TRendlona: Loyal Cules dnt u think masch's foul was very crucial because if gameiro had scored that one on one, they would av played the "park the bus" strategy of which it can lead to barca not seeing a single goal because sevilla is also good at defending. Big thanks to masch 4 dat crucial foul oo! Although he played just 37 minutes but he contributed vitally to our win. Walai, anyone who didn't see his sacrifice and what it meant for the team should be shot in the butt. A passionate fighter. One who would give his all in every circumstances for the good of the team. Mascherano is a very intelligent footballer. Look how he made sure he did the foul outside the box. He knew what he would get, but didn't wanna cause much damage because if Gameiro had entered the box and he fouled him, it would have been foolish of him. Cause they would probably score anyway plus he wouldn't be on the pitch any longer. This brings things into perspective about the Bartra ish in the Copa 2 seasons ago. I have always stood by him to back him especially because he wasn't in any way fit for that game, but if only he was more experienced, he would have sacrificed himself in that game to make sure Bale doesn't get close to our box. Well, one of those lessons players learn along the way. El Jefecito! |

Obere4u: did the match end 10 vs 11 or 10 vs 10?
barca got a red card so was Sevilla.... chikina It's obvious you didn't watch the game, but as a hater, you can say what you like. If you did watch the game, you would know it ended 10 v 9. Keep hating. We had ours at the 36th minute mark. And their first came in the 92nd minute. Now imagine playing a team like Sevilla with a man down for 56 minutes. The other one for them came at 121 minutes, obviously the game was already over then. |

Obere4u: Mr. It was 10 vs 10 and match entered extra time.. You suppose to give kudos to Sevilla not Barca..... Sevilla just came back from their Europa triumph and Barca was still fresh... This early Monday morning you don dey lie? Was it 10 v 10 for 56 minutes before they got theirs? We lost our precious Mascherano, and not only that, lost the best striker in world football currently, and the credit should still go to Sevilla? You must hate Barça more than your enemies. Smh. |

foladara777: in addition, highest number of clear cut chances created, and highest number of accurate through- balls... no wonder he has d highest performance rating of all players on whoscored.com and CIES football observatory Yet some persons still want his head. He will be extending his contract with Barça till 2022, those who don't like seeing him will have to endure for more years to come. They'd better accept him now or live in misery as long as he adorns Barça’s shirt. Yeah, his second half was poor by his standards, but then, it happens in football. Ronaldo had a poor first half by any sense of the word, but came into the second half all-guns-blazing, and thereby no one talked about his poor first half. His case was the reversal of that, and haters don't wanna understand it happens sometimes. Already calling that he'd be sold. Well sha... Life for you. Even Jesus wasn't accepted by all. |

kokaneprodigy: You are just daft! If you ain't, you would know Arsenal has got nothing to do with raumdeuter's pathetic analogy. Y'all bragged with MSN and assumed it was gonna be an easy ride only to play goalless at the end of normal time. Now let me make my post easier for you to comprehend, my point was, if Barca could find it tough with Sevilla how much less a team that finished out of top 7 in EPL. Raumdeuter is just a mischievous being. I know you are a kid, hence the insult. Of course you ain't got a valid point to counter my post and thereby you resorted to insults. You and I know what you posted up there is trash. It doesn't make any sense. I found you out, and rather than admit your failing, you are whining about raumdeuter. Okay oooooo. |

raumdeuter: Played well where?
he was one of the worst Sevilla players while Busquets was one of the best Barca players Walai DK, that guy was a pain in the ass of every Barça attacker. He frustrated Suárez, Messi and even Neymar almost singlehandedly. I have not rated him prior, but I have to give it to him on this. He really tried. He made some crunch tackles that really helped his team keep things in perspective. But of course Busi is king! No doubts whatsoever. No comparisons at all! It's only on here you see some hating on him. I have never heard anyone (fans or enemies alike) say anything bad about Busi's game. |
