I am not someone that criticises players anyhow. Neymar has been performing below acceptable minimum standard lately. In the last match, he won 2 penalties no doubt, but the two pks can never erase the poor performance he had in the match. He latched on many beautiful passes from Messi only to squander them unnecessarily. The only time Suarez got same pass in the area, it was a bang! He barely made any meaningful pass and was guilty of excessive dribbling here and there.
As you have rightly said, every player faces this kind of issues at one point or the other as even god Messi too is not exempted. That's why I am not really bothered about Neymar's display lately. I deeply rooted for that 3rd pk to be given to him just for his confidence to be boosted and I was glad he was able to score it.
Where my issue now lies is this: if all the rumours about partying around and skipping trainings are true, then there's really so much to worry about. You would agree with me that flouting club's rules and skipping trainings are some of the least expected things from a player who is not really living up to expectation in a great club as ours.
He should be the 1st person to get to training ground and the last person to leave.
My support and love for Neymar is well documented even on this thread, but I will not spare him if truly he has started towing the lane of Ronaldinho. We all know what the end result will be.

He had to sell key players and the league's most promising starlets to fund the project as against building on the success of THE INVINCIBLES. The same cash crunch Liverpool experienced in 2009 from which the team is trying to recover from.

Then again, Dortmund under Klopp weren't exactly the richest in the BL but, against Bayern's financial power and poaching, they made successes of their own.

Maybe Wenger should become a football director while a new manager who isn't afraid to be daring should take the reins. See the revolution happening at Liverpool, for example.

His qualities as a striker was never in doubt. But Barça took a risk on him 'cause of history of not putting his anger in check especially if one puts in the perspective of the Classico.

Winger Cristian Tello (24), on loan at Fiorentina now, is expected to continue on loan at the Italian club next season.

We even hardly remember we still have some players on loan these days.

Tello is still on loan at 24, I think the club should just sell him so that he won't spend all his active years on loan.
I don't know why our young forwards have not really lived up to expectation. Only Halilovic and Suarez are doing well presently.
