The best player on the field definitely was "ISCO" while on the other hand, "BRAVO" was our best player, with due respect to Valdez, if Valdez was in last night's match, we would probably concede as many as 5, 6 or 7 goals not saying he is not that good but rather pointing out how special bravo was last night considering how poor the defence was...

Like someone said earlier, pique lost his credibility a few years back & he has depreciated ever since...

Dani alves, I have pushed for his sale but seeing him play for barca still baffles me... --- He is "done"...

Mathieu should never be played as a left back again (but only as a CB), whether he did that @ Valencia or not is not my biz...

Jodi Alba should be allowed to start @ his favorite position (LB)...

Mascherano still plays better than Pique even when played as a false CB but should be allowed to play his favorite position (DM) not a CB again except on emergency cases...

Busquets or biscuit is just recovering from injury yet I still don't trust him whether fully fit or not for a game like this with his poor performances in recent years since he has no one to compete with (Song was never a competitor!). He needs to alternate with Mascherano for the DM position & Mascherano should be preferred to play in a game this "physical".

Xavi with due respect, he has paid his dues & he needs a break!

Indeed that match did not meet my expectation at all, as i watched the match my heart sank lower, the pace of the team was slow, it appeared to me the team lacked motivation, lack of ideas when going forward. in fact these barcelona was strange to me, the classico i used to know was entertaining,intense and enjoyable. I did not enjoy this match.

Not Mascherano's fault per say, it's that of the coach for playing him in the heart of defence instead of playing him as a 4, we have seen him Excell as a 4 than a 5 or 6, best bet would have been alves, pique, Matthieu and Alba with xavi, Mascherano and rakitic in the midfield, this would have stabilized the game.

Iniesta would have been used as a sub for xavi.

This coach is not tactical at all, just noise. What could be his decision to play Mathieu at LB and Xavi in place of Rakitic? Xavi lacks the energy and pace to cope with a fast playing team like Madrid.. This is a game I expect us to win and control the ball better, but we've hardly linked up any decent play so far. Suarez has seen very little of the ball and that is coming from an opposition playing with 2 CMF.

We're likely to lose this game as Madrid are way better than us. They have the midfield.

And Pique3? I've always shown him sympathy and defended him, but from this moment, that clown should never done a barca jersey.
