Johnpaul88: I guess this week have been all about the press asking the players concerning the modification on the playing style of the team and improvements.

For me, the media are confused as to what exactly they expect from this particular FC Barcelona.

When the team wins but with less possession, they question them why they are abandoning the tiki-taka style that have won them alot of accolades. When the team loses or draws playing possession football, they 'll demand for a plan B or C.
This term the team have ceded more possession to the opponent in order to allow for some few surprises, yet they yell that Martino is betraying Barca's playing pattern. For some of these media, they'll prefer that Barca loses while having 70% or more of the ball, so they have some thing to jeer about.

It's really sad that they have refused to acknowledge the solidity Tata is gradually bringing to the team. We concede less goals though the opponent see our goal more now than before. But we have been able to repel some of the attacks.

The question they keep asking is, is it tiki-taka or Plan-B or Result? They seem to be divided in finding answer. For me, i'll go for the last option. Others will follow.

For me, the media can go to hell for all I care. Did you watch Bayern's game in the champions league? Even with 73% possession scoring was very difficult. Is that what the media wants? Playing very good football and struggling to win? The problem is the media are still the ones to complain like you stated if with the whole possession, winning or scoring becomes a problem. While not they see sense in what Martino is doing, sacrifice possession some few times for goals and more attacking opportunities.

I would choose our current way of playing over the full fleshed tiki-taka because like Piqué stated a while ago, we obviously became slaves of tiki-taka. Truth be told, if not for a spectacular player like Messi with a very strong goalscoring instinct, do you think Guardiola would have won all the titles he won with Barca? Nope!

So, I love the varieties the team now enjoys. Besides, if Xaviesta were at their best at this time, it would have been a different kettle of fish. I think their present form (coupled with their low physical presence) is taking its toll on the team. Xaviesta's dip in form and less physical ability already showed up during Guardiola's last season, yet Tata is bringing the best outta them after they've played past their primes. Abeg Tata na better coach. The media should go to hell for all I care. Dang!

Moreso, the team ain't playing badly albeit I agree there is a vast room for improvement...

In my earlier post I stated it categorically that there are good ones even though they are relatively few. Its good you know sex is a mutual thing, unlike the vast majority of ladies that think they are doing men a favour by having sex with em. Also, a very good number won't offer sex for nothing (by nothing of course you know I mean money), they would want some sought of financial gain for them to put their backs to the ground irrespective of whether they are in a relationship with the guy or not...

As for chasing a woman with some control tactics, if you relate with the topic with an open mind you would discover that these tactics ain't bad afterall. They are there to keep the ladies on their toes owing to the fact that women are hardwired to be controlled in a certain way. When I say control, I mean in a certain way, to keep their awkward attitudes at bay while also showing them the love and care they deserve.

A very good friend(married) told me an honest truth sometime ago. She said on no account should I allow a woman to have her ways as much as she needs. Else, no matter how good that woman is or was before then, she would more often than not take advantage of me and start misbehaving whether intentionally or not. This lady is a very good wife for the records. She told me this because she felt I was kinda soft in handling issues with her and letting her have her way (although I cleared her doubts pronto cause as much as I am very linient and kind in treating people, I am very principled to the core and don't tolerate trash from anyone).

In a nutshell, every woman (good or bad) needs to be guided with true control. True control in this case has a lot of positives when looked via a broad spectrum. If you look at it from a selfish or a bias standpoint, then negativity will be written all over it. True control is good as it helps the man to remain the dominant force between the two (which is normal by nature), buh doing some of the aforementioned of true control to the extreem is where the probelm lies as it will have a negative effect on the union.

Therefore, there should be a fine line between attaining true control in a sensible and reasonable state as opposed to taking it to the extreme and doing it awkwardly and unreasonably.

My dear, the problem is that; both the men that instigate the approach and the ladies they approach know nothing about some pre-conceived feelings nowadays. A guy approaches a lady because he wants to sleep with her and a lady says yes to whatever proposals the guy brings to the fore because she knows she would be well rewarded financially. So, you can see that both sexes are guilty of going into relationships without the original or actual feeling or attraction so-to-say that should be there as a pre-requisite.

Nevertheless, there are still those that still do it the right way. The disturbing fact is; how many of these compared to the vast majority?

Definitely there are those that ain't like that. The worrisome thing is the ratio of such ladies to the others. You will notice that the difference is nothing to write home about.

One big thing that I feel is lacking of your relationship is understanding. If there is understanding, there will be less quarrel. The rate at which this is happening these days is becoming alarming! It is gradually becoming a norm nowadays. There are several reasons why this happens, depending on the individuals. Sometime ago a secondary school mate of mine came around and asked what I was waiting for in getting my own child (outside wedlock of course). I couldn't blame her because she had her first child outside wedlock, albeit they guy later got married to her. So, I didn't expect any better advice other than that cause you can never give what you don't have.

There are those who who go into this because their peers have had theirs. They see it as bragging rights that they've got kids and their age mates are there wasting time. Though at the initial stage; that is when they conceived newly, it obviously is shameful to them walking about with big and budgie tummies (that is if they would even be seen outside). Yet, more often than not, after the birth of the said child, they automatically become proud single-parents.

To some others they can't hold themselves together and starve themselves of the numerous pleasure that comes with being a youth or a teen as the case may be. Sex is now the order of the day and young people don't see anything wrong with giving in to sex, even without condoms. They get too carried away with the pleasure that comes with it and in many instances don't do anything to control their urges and all...

To a relatively small number of people, its what they really crave for in life. To have their kids without tying themselves to any man (which they see as slavery and all). These kinda women (not very much youths or teenagers in this category) would not give in to any man becoming their head or whatever, and that is why they planned their lives in such manner.

All in all, its becoming absurd by the day. We are now taking to the kinda way of living of the average American teen/youth, having baby mamas and baby daddies everywhere. In my street alone, more than half of my peers are already fathers (outside wedlock). Teenage girls are running outta number as they are rapidly becoming single mothers.

Like I always say... Until we uphold values such as ethics, morality and spirituality, we are headed for total degradation of the values that were once peculiar to us Africans.

God help us all...
