Have you noticed that most people come to NL to complain about a friend or relative of theirs and never about them? Is it that NL peeps are immune to such occurrences? Or is it that they just don't want people to know they are the ones who need help.. I hardly respond in such theads cause I feel one should be bold enough to air whatever predicament the person is facing in its relationship rather than hide under the shadow of a friend.

Gbam! Guy you just yan about. And seriously thats how it ought to be. Another thing worth highlighting is that being single is not synonymous to being lonely. Infact, one can be in a relationship and yet experience loneliness incessantly.

Its very common among Africans, that's true. But the thing is, it's not all Africans that enforce such in their families. I know of some few families who had only girls and they never complained about it, and now it's paying off.

I think it takes someone that's really educated to be able to keep a blind eye to the all female children syndrome...

But personally, it's really crap. There should be no distinction on the gender when it comes to giving birth. Whichever one that comes my way, I would give God the glory.
