Your firm will recommend u for the final interview and documentation with Ison BPO once u passed d online and typing test. (As Arkmister did) Questions asked at the final interview weren't really tough. Questions like Can u introduce yourself?, Why u wanna work as a call center rep. etc. Make sure u dress corporate and go with your credentials and 2 passport photographs.

Pls can someone here help me with ARKMINSTER contact number? I nid to put a call across to dem. I did the online test and later I got a text frm dem dat there was glitches during d test dat they would reschedule me for another test which would be communicated to me soon. Since then have not seen dia test. I went to see the Kenyan Lady at Bodija so she said I shud contact them that she wouldn't give me the MD's number that I shud get it myself. But she said I shud make sure I get dia contact and communicate with and disturb them that am at the Final level with that. Please someone shud help me out with dia contact line. Thanks my pple

ok thank you. So how do I get to know if I pass the online or not? Would I just get another interview message?

If u pass the online text, they will invite u for the final interview at Dugbe. But if u didn't receive any message or call for d final interview that means u didn't make it to the next round.

yes I was invited for the online psychometric and typing test. I received the mail last night so I did it today. It was ok but the only fear am having is the typing test....

Ok thanks bro, but i got a call(4rm Arkmister) and did an interview over the phone(2stage interview), so the 2nd lady said they would get back to me for the 3rd, but yet to receive their call, but still hopeful tho. I haven't done any test tho, am based in Lag too.

Very annoying. Got there past 8, to be scheduled for 9am. I just finished 30mins ago. And 12/3pm batch are yet to start. No seat join sef. Was standing through out till I was called for interview

Not much, they asked me to introduce myself, why I think can work as a call center agent, meaning of outsourcing. And make sure u remember the name of the interviewer cos he might ask u at the end of the interview.
