Holuwaxheun: It has hotspot oooooooooooo..... Go to SETTINGS- MORE-THEN U WILL C THE HOTSPOT... the reason y many concluded dat it has no hotspot s bcs the hotspot is not on the homescreen. Note: the hotspot is in the settings...
