I’m designing a 30-day AI startup program to train 200 builders in Nigeria to create real, AI niche, investor-ready products — and I need your input 👇

Here’s the current structure:

Week 1 — Foundation
• Problem validation (real users)
• Customer Archetype
• Market sizing
• Data model design

Week 2 — AI Build Sprint
• @dndhubs ecosystem tools integration
• UI + product development
• Integrations (payments, messaging, APIs)
• Auth + analytics

Week 3 — Intelligence Layer
• AI agents + automation
• Workflow optimization

Week 4 — Go-To-Market + Demo
• Pricing model
• Landing page + demo
• Pilot users
• Demo Day (investor-ready pitches)

I’m also leaning towards small teams building real startups, not solo projects.

🤔 I’d love your thoughts:
• Is 30 days too aggressive or just right or too much?
• Should AI be introduced earlier than Week 2?
• What would you change to make outputs truly investor-ready?
• Team-based vs solo — which works better in this timeline?

Goal: not just learning… but launching.

I just registered my startup DNDHubs (Data and Digital Hubs) LTD before this bill was passed. I think it's a welcome development. The only problem is we don't know yet the criteria for categorising Data Controller and Data Processor. Also, we're yet to know what the licencing cost and procedure will be.
