Where in any developed world do we still see cattle roaming the streets and destroying farmlands

These are personal businesses and should be treated as such. If those rearing goats, pigs and other live stocks are allowed to mess the environment up, what would become of it.

Lets not also forget the mayhem these herders commit ranging from killing, rape etc.
