I initiated a deposit to my online MBA account
I did the transfer on a weekend, Saturday precisely and my online account is yet to be funded.
I’ve sent a mail to the online team but haven’t gotten a feedback yet.
Please if anyone has had this experience before, be kind to share how you went about resolving it.

I believe some of us have encountered this issue before.
Been trying to upload my Identity card but the submit button won’t work

Boss, don’t you think that increasing the minimum investment capital to about 1million will ease the stress and amount of work load on the MBA staffs?

Myself and my siblings pulled funds together to invest in a single account for 2million. If we did it individually that would have been 3 accounts instead of one. Meaning 3 complaints each time something does not add up.

Increasing the minimum capital won’t stop investors but will rather encourage them to pull all the small funds into one account, and split the proceeds as it comes. This will ease up on the too much calls, mails and complaints and also on the workload.

All this 360k investors and the so many account owners make complains overwhelming for customer representatives.

What are the pros and cons of SEC actually setting up a framework to regulate the activities of online FX trading?

So far so good, MBA is just doing fine. Hope this framework will have nothing to do with the IRR (I mean monthly %age return)

Their comments against the true haters(Fxjones, FxMangr, etc) of MBA gave me the courage to invest in Millions.

But I also want to appeal to ur good sides, most investors here are not haters and are also, probably not enlightened.

Let’s not shy away from answering their questions no matter how unstructured or annoying it may sound.

I believe that’s the primary purpose of this thread, to assist new investors with our wealth of experience.

God won’t put us to shame.

My first ROI was delayed for six days.

It was due on the 1st of July but I got it on the 7th of July.

I got the second ROI on the 2nd of September means it’s been adjusted.

I guess for most of us the first ROI gets delayed for reasons best known to them, but be rest assured it’s not lost it will come.

The best you can do like I did is visit the office you invested and find out what’s wrong.

Looks like ur only selecting to upload the selfie you took holding ur ID.

If you check the requirements. Your expected to upload two different documents. A copy of your ID alone and then a pics holding the same ID close to ur face.

Select to Upload your ID first then
Select the pics you took holding ur ID next.

I have been able to scale through to the profile update section but after updating my profile it’s saying ‘Verification request submitted, you will receive a response very soon’. I’ve been waiting since. Although I have done a transfer to the acct and need to know how I can upload the transfer slip.

Your account will be verified. If not repeat the process of updating ur profile by uploading the two required credentials.

1. A copy of ur means of ID.
2. A selfie pics of you holding the same ID close to ur face.

If you upload the same credential both ways verification will never pull through.

I registered online and faced a difficulty here too.

First upload ur means of identification
That is either “National voters card”, “National ID” “international passport”

Secondly upload a pics of you holding ur means of ID close to ur face.
This will be verified in few hours. Do this on a working day

Bro, I think you’ve misunderstood the whole concept. Let me explain something to ya.

Your first capital of 360k is been invested and working fine for you.

Your second 360k has not been invested but it is still seen as capital not ROI.

You can easily withdraw your ROI if initiated within two days.

But you can’t withdraw a capital weather invested or not within two days period.

Trying to withdraw the capital and ROI of 414k entered pending bcz that capital has to undergo a process before its released back to you.

My guess is a minimum of 3weeks period. You ought to be patient.

I transferred 360050 via card to mbatrade. I noticed a deduction of 36250 (extra 2000) from my account. I complained to my bank and they said they didn't deduct it. On my dashboard for mbatrade the balance is 360050. The flutter wave receipt also showed 360050. What could be the problem please? Did they deduct extra 2000 from my account cos I don't understand.

I invested 2m in my Mums name and account since 1st of July. And I’ve been following this thread since without a comment.

I got my MOU on the 6th of August and my first ROI 300k on the 7th this morning.

People who invested 2nd and 3rd and 4th were paid bf me. I felt I was doomed

I contacted Airsay who attended to me despite my branch was the Ikeja and his Lekki.
