I have a a refusal which was allowed when i appealed but to my amazement the ECO still refused that i used a forged document and the have it in the verification file, though i was given a chance to re appeal which i did and got a 6months instead of the 2yrs i applied for initially
Now my fear is how do i know if my case is under the Ban or not as i was compensated with 6months instead of 2yrs i applied for due to usage of forged documents

Pls Beg him in the name of God not to overstay by a second let alone more, cos he might find it difficult to ever get a visa to UK. He shd come back and renew it, simple.

According to the poster she said her friend has been there once b4 last yr and he went thru hell b4 he could renew even when he stayed a month of his 6months visa
The truth is, his coming back does not guarantee his visa renewal and why would he even want to waste hard earned money on trips to uk for nothing,if he goes to china and import his computer wares is even surer he cant work nor do business so why go and come back
please help him think straight stay put and write london story till it gets a headway or not is better than wasted time n money
