Obafemi Awolowo University is located in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

>If you are coming From Lagos State, just find a way to get to Ojota/Ojodu Berger or Oshodi.
Once you’re there, you can pick a bus going straight to Ile-Ife.
Simply alight (tell the conducter that you want to drop) at OAU gate under bridge or get to last bus-stop or park.
Once you’re there, you can enter a bus or bike which is popularly known as “Okada” going into the school.
But for some reasons you cannot get a bus going to Ile-Ife Directly, then you will have to find a bus going to Ibadan, after that, enter a bus going to lle-Ife.
Then follow the guides too.
By following the above instructions, you can locate oau from anywhere in Nigeria.

The Admissions Office of Obafemi Awolowo University has discarded the widespread rumour circulating the air especially the social media that the cut-off mark for the 2015/2016 admission exercise is out.

One of our correspondents who visited the Admissions Office today reliably gathered that the cut-off marks are not out. The staff of the office in charge of admissions further said that we will know when the cut-off marks are actually out.

"The admission cut-off marks for this year is not yet out. When we release it, you will know" A staff responded.

The method for applying for the pre-degree this year is a bit different from subsequent years. The method involves the use of your ATM or Debit card.

Firstly, Go to the pre-degree portal oaucdl.edu.ng/pre and proceed to create an account.

Secondly, After the creation of your account, you should please cross-check to ensure all provided information is correct and valid.

Thirdly, Then proceed to payment, there are two options available; via the webpay or the card system, for ease of use we recommend the card payment method. Choose your card type from: Interswitch, Mastercard, or Verve.

Lastly, Type in your card details, but before submission please ensure you have your phones nearby as a code will be sent to you via your mobile phone in which should be used immediately for confirmation of payment on the website.

Oduduwa Hall; Perhaps one of the biggest events centres in Osun State. The fully air conditioned hall is a must know for all within the University campus.

Moremi hall; Hostel for the campus big girls.Moremi hall is perhaps every girls dream hostel on campus.



Mozambique hall; Hostel for fresh female Students.Where guys come to toast female students young.



Spider building; Popularly known because of its aesthetics housing eight different department within it. Spider is one of the most popular buildings on campus even though most students have not seen it physically because of its distance.
