Truth is Nigerians never ready at all.
I've lived in many countries and I see how citizens consider candidates during elections. I see thought processes. They tell you what they see and hear and the individual researches on why they want a particular candidate.

In Nigeria we choose candidates just to pepper the other people. We don't care if the candidate is dead or alive provided we ended up dealing with the other side.
