In a court of law, it won't be tagged rape, not even statutory. It was little kids doing what they see adults doing and the school is 100% to blame for not chaperoning them and for pairing males and females in the same room.

Here's the gist. I was traumatized yesterday when I read that a 10-year-old was gang-raped. I legit cried. Honestly, I almost deleted IG cos that was the apex of the bad news I can take in recent times. I couldn't imagine what she must have gone through.

Only for me to open Twitter this morning and there was gist that it wasn't rape, that the girl was enjoying it. My first thought was wicked Nigerians and their usual victim-blaming. A girl got raped and of course, everyone blames the girl, even women.
That video is 100% child porn and was splattered across the Chrisland trend despite the accounts being reported. I had to watch it to be sure. It's enough to make you throw up cos it was unbelievable.

My dear, the girl was literally smiling and laughing while riding a boy. She was even the one holding him down while another girl lying on the bed was telling them that she wants to sleep and they should stop moving the bed.
Let me not lie, my mind is more at ease now than the reality of it being the forceful rape of a 10-year-old by several boys as was initially reported. I only saw the girl and one boy in the video, maybe there were more not captured.

All the kids there were probably age mates and they are all minors. The girl's parents may argue that it was "truth or dare" and the girl was probably coerced into carrying out a dare against her will, but the video looked like she was having a good time. If that video was with an older person, it's 100% statutory rape punishable by the law, but since they are all the same age and she was even on top of the boy, I have no idea what it will be called.

This is all so disgusting to even think about. Kids of 10 and 11 playing truth or dare. Even adults can't do that nonsense responsibly at house parties, let alone innocents. Pre-pubescents. Why on earth will that bastarddd school put curious children of different genders in one room? Who is giving ten-year-olds phones these days? I can't imagine what the girl's parents are feeling now because the video clearly showed it wasn't rape. .

Ubi Franklin tweeted that stuff as damage control since the video was already out there and he called it rape. Everything has now gone out of control.


Update: I'm hearing stories now that the boys were 13 and 14 and the girl is 11, and they lured her to the room by collecting her charger. Her family can argue coercion in court at this point because she's significantly younger than the boys.
