EXCEPT, I REPEAT EXCEPT they are Legally Married OR were raped. And if raped both medical and police report should be tendered.
And also Guys that are convicted to have raped them should be sentenced to two{2} years imprisonment without an option of fine. Although I know it wont b possible these days. But maybe Government should announce it now and then Implementation should start mayb in the next 7{seven years}.
