I'd advise you to protect your eyes always against sunlight and the light from the screen of your laptop or phone so you don't end up losing your eyesight before time.
The honest advice a doctor gave me was: protect your eyes and don't expose them to what they don't want to see(sunlight and any kind of light).
Sadly, it has no cure. Once it begins, you live with it for the rest of your life.
Don't force yourself to live a normal life like everyone. Get a dark shade and a "face-cap" to protect your eyes in the sun, get glasses that are photochromic and can help you to look at screen while indoors.
Reduce your screen time or how long you expose your eyes to harmful light.
You can still visit the National eye center in Kaduna or ECWA eye clinic in Kano, so they can help your eyes to stabilize for them to work with glasses. I don't know which glasses you've been given so far.
The best thing that can happen to someone with such condition is to see darkness - I find peace in darkness.
Bro, brace up! You can manage the situation, but I will tell you for free that it has no cure. You have to visit professional to mitigate deterioration.
I'm the king of darkmode. In fact, I avoid any site that doesn't switch to darkmode or browsers like chrome that don't go dark completely. I hate Tiktok comment section. Oga, reduce the brightness of your phone screen. In fact, whenever I want to look at my laptop those days, in the night, i'd put on my shade. Funny right? 😂
Why did you stop writing na?
I was having a good time reading your comment.... like I was seeing a teenage nerd or weirdo movie.
ebubeson: There are many lessons, opinions, assumptions you may have had from the Equatorial Guinea scandal... You can give yours..
But with what happened, on a sample space, many married women may be living in adultery. So in a place like Nigeria, some of the married women you see around, in your neighbourhood, in your office or maybe religious centres etc, may be living in adultery...
Now assuming, camera was taken for married women in Nigeria, will the case be worse or less?
We have good women in Nigeria.
Lessons learned:
1. No ever name your pikin Ebanga you can leave the name for your dog!
2. All wives of notable politicians are pretenders, they all have secret knackers somewhere, all of them!
3. Some or most women are insatiable! Power, money, position or influence can never be enough.
4. There's always someone out there who can do it better than your spouse, if you don't want to find out, better not to start at all!
