I have lived in my own houses the past 15years but when I used to rent, most landlords in Lagos don't usually care, in as much as you are paying your bills and keeping your heads low.

I don't remember signing any contract or reading one. He only asked few questions if I smoke and which I don't. And also where I work. Then I proceeded and make payment which he gave me keys and that's it. Other flats has family of over 5 why is mine different

Hello, please I am a beginner in the domain of a thing and I bought four domains on dynadot. I need help from the OGs in the house on how to list them for sale on atom, afternic, sedo and the rest. Watched a couple of YouTube videos and they were saying stuff like "landing page", "name servers" that all sound like Chinese to my ears. If you're to register a .ng domain, and build a website on it for personal use, go ahead. But for domain flipping, that market isn't profitable for now.

Meanwhile, my Put•ng, Agile•ng, Shine•ng, HomeCare•ng expire soon. There were meant for flipping experiment. No aftermarket interest.
