US embassy should better commot mouth for another country matter and face the numerous problems Trump is causing country |
shumuel:It's seems like you have comprehension issues, did you not read the OP's question. He asked her if #1m will be enough to set up a business with shop rent inclusive. Did you not read my reply? The money is more than enough WITHOUT having to rent a shop. I know someone who started her business in 2023. Shop rent of 2 years, agreement and commission consumed almost 400k. She had to paint the shop, tile the shop (I told her all that is not necessary for a rented shop but she no hear) install shelves, get a show glass, get a freezer and install burglary bars. How much do you think would be left of the ₦1m even after we've removed the unnecessary expenses like painting, tiling, show glass etc? In today's economic dispensation, it's very unrealistic to expect N1 million to rent and fully stock up a shop. |
Cowbell521:Unlike you, I'm not from a lineage of riffraffs and lowlives that see N1 million as an incredulously huge amount of money. I repeat, if my sons wants to invest in themselves and their wives, God forbid it's going to be with N1 million. |
This same Obasanjo ceded Bakassi peninsula to Cameroon after several decades of dispute, now he's investing heavily in the country. Maybe he has some Cameroonian genetic links we're not aware of |
VAR disallows Spurs goal. Scoreline back to 1 nil VAR just dey show these 2 mediocre teams shege ![]() |

Natasha for Kogi governor 2027, yeye Bello and his bleaching house boy must be chased out of the government by 2027 |
2 struggling London teams, all the best to both of them!🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ |
Cowbell521:I don't have any brothers however if my sons want to invest in their wives, it better not be with 1million |
Bobodee09:₦1m is more than enough to start up a business without renting a shop but if you want to get a place especially in a busy part of town where you'll make good sales. More than half of that money will go into renting it and putting the place together. This has nothing with being pompous or wasteful, it's just the reality of the situation we found ourselves in this country |
Sunshine34:She has been a philanthropist even before becoming a senator. Within six months of getting into office, she had lighted up a community and empowered her constituents. She had always given foodstuffs during festive period so all this talk about her doing this to save face or escape recall is DOA |
Americans are groaning about inflation and now prices are about further go up. Jobs are being cut all over the place, mass/self deportation is starting affect farmers who rely on cheap labour from migrant workers and some are on the verge of bankruptcy. Tinubu's shege will be child's play compared to the type of shege average Americans will see in this administration. This is how he wants to make America great again? |
She's right, the money is enough to start a business without renting a shop. I don't know about other states but in Lagos, neighbourhood shops now go between 8-10k per month. Shops in busy areas, bus-stops and market places go for much higher and most landlords ask for 2 years rent upfront. The spending won't be on rent alone, she'll need to furnish the shop with chair, table, counters, shelves etc and make it look attractive to customers. She's only telling you the reality of things but you're here poverty shaming her. You strike me as the toxic abusive husband who will treat your wife like you're doing her a favour by marrying her. How I wish she can open her eyes and see how better she'll be far away from you. |
May God console her and wipe her tears |
Lamasta:Man city don score sharp sharp, no time to check time. The scoreline might end up looking like this by the final whistle. |
Botragelad:I honestly didn't read all hat pile of gibberish. Even if Arabs invaded and settled in a land over a thousand years ago (basically what Europeans did in more than half of the world), do the current occupants deserve the genocide they're facing in the hands of this blood thirsty demonic Zionists? The current so called Isrealis that claimed to be Jewish that claim own the land have no genealogical link to Jews or middle easterns. Their European ancestors accepted Judaism the way our ancestors accepted Christianity and Islam. So how exactly do they own the land they have have absolutely nothing in common with the natives of the region? |
Where are the herders? Why is the camera not capturing them like it's capturing the policemen? How come we've never really physically see these armed herdsmen? Are they ghosts? Do they teleport? They move mostly on foot with a herd of cattle yet they're hardly ever seen or captured. There's more to this herdsmen matter that meets the eyes |
Botragelad:Arab invaders in the middle East? Who belongs to middle east if not Arabs? These current European Zionists who look NOTHING like the average middle eastern? The Palestinians have been in that area for centuries, their genealogy goes in line with that of people that are from that region which is far from these European Zionists laying claims to the land. They're just doing pretty much what Europeans do to populations of land they want to claim; decimate the population just like they did to aborigines of USA, Canada, South America, Australia and parts of south Africa. You have to be a special type of psychopath to agree with such people. |
Botragelad:The main goal is to annihilate the indigenous population and take control of the land which is basically what Europeans did in North America, South America and Australia. |
Fulham consolation goal 2-1 |
Starboy for a reason! |

When neighbouring Akure airport does not have 24 hours activity, it's dry Ekiti that wants to have. He must have seen how much Umahi was able to embezzle while building the airport in Ebonyi, he decided to do his own white elephant project. |
He would have been more thrilled of he was in US of A, eggs are like gold there at the moment |
Why didn't you conduct your own medicals NBBofC? Who cleared an out of form, 40 year old man to get into the boxing ring? The GBA or NBBofC? That's the main culprit here |
Santalpharay:Exactly what I was thinking as I watched the video. He doesn't seem like he's mentally ok, except the trauma he went through in the hands of the Alfa has impaired his mental wellbeing. I have a feeling this won't be the end we'll hear of this saga, I'm sure his family will come out with their own side of the story. |
No peace for the wicked. |
2baba's retirement plan feeling funky. She had to put it in block letters too, in her mind she has won . 50 something year old father of 7 kids from 3 women way past the peak of his career, is that the best you can snatch? Tufiakwa! It's low self worth wome like her that make men believe they're the prize. |
Mariangeles:The bolded is wrong. Fasting begins before 5:30 am and ends around 7pm. That's almost 14 hours of not eating or drinking anything for a full month. Some people that can't eat so early usually skip the morning meal (sahur) and fast all the way to around 7pm. Cc Samantha125 |
This sultan should not be an agent of confusion. The sighting of the new moon is an indication of a new calendar month. If the people following the calendar say it's a new month, who are we to dispute that? |
