I don't think it works that way, it's only their kids that can be automatic citizens. She will have to go through the same application process other migrants pass through to become a citizen which includes residing in the country for a minimum of 3 years or so. Even 2 of Trump wives Ivana and Melania did not become American citizens immediately marrying him, it took them years.

What is the story behind the fraudulent transaction? Was your account mistakenly credited and you refused to return the money? .if yes, then you deserve to be given a bit or run-around before releasing your account.
