Public schools in Nigeria are free. No police will chase him for unpaid child support in Nigeria, nobody will sue him for abandonment in Nigeria. Nigeria is one of the safest havens for deadbeat dads in the world. This one faces up to 5-10 years in jail if he fails to pay child support. Has any Nigerian man been sent to jail for failing to cater for their children? You and I know that are gazillions of them out there.

Try using irecharge. They were the ones that rescued me when the IKEDC portal was down for about 3 days, I tried recharging through bank apps and either the transaction fails or I get debited and refunded after a few minutes. I took to google and I saw different other payment options. I picked irecharge and created an account, within minutes of sending money I was sent token. That would put her at 10/11 y.o thereabouts. That said, if the girl in question is same age as OP's son, then the boy too is old enough to assist and should be put in government school alongside the girl.
