My fellow Nigerians, it may interest you to know that the people that are attacking Peter Obi and the Obidients are not Tinubu supporters, but Atiku supporters. They want to bully Obi and make Obidients to hate him, so that Atiku will become the president by proxy.

I went spiritual yesterday to find out what is the problem with the Obidients, and the babalawo insisted that it was Atiku supporters that want to plant a seed of discord amongst the Obidients.

Actually the emergence of Peter Obi as the sole candidate of Obidients movement is miraculously ordained, why? I was one of the major analyst on this platform claiming Obi will not get above 1 million votes and also that he won't win any state outside of south-east, why? Because I believe in old data just like you are still doing right now, you’re still hung up on conservatism when the world is fully in tech feudal mode lol.

Check the data around you bro, the northern youth are not going to swallow everything again like they did in the past when information were still heavily controlled and manipulated to serve a particular group and purpose.

Change with the tide or you get change my brother we are in mordern world now and past data will keep getting redundant as we enter into more social engineered future. When we started this movement, I believed the goal was clear: to make Peter Obi president and birth a new Nigeria we could all be proud of.

But from the events so far with the NDC, it has become obvious that many people are more interested in what they can get from the movement than in the movement itself.

The NDC was already an existing party before the Obidient Movement joined forces with them. They had their structure and plans in place. They accepted us, gave us the top two positions, and allocated other positions as well. When the party later said let us share the remaining positions, some members became angry. Because they did not get what they wanted, they started insulting the party, its leaders, and even Peter Obi.

To make Obi president, we must be willing to compromise. You cannot walk into an established party and immediately try to hijack its structure. Some of those who felt sidelined even tried to set Obi and Kwankwaso against each other.

Ambition is good, but the ambition of the movement must come before personal ambition. If you believe you have what it takes to win an election, there are other parties you can contest under. You cannot ride on the momentum of the movement, and when things do not go your way, start insulting everyone and questioning the main goal because Obi refused to hand over the ticket.

For these reasons, as an active member of Obidient movement that have defended it both online and offline and right here on this nairaland forum from day one.
from today I, OredoPikin cease to be called an Obidient on this forum.
Instead please call me a Peter Obi supporter and also a supporter of the decision of the vehicle (NDC) he is using.

90 percent of people in Obidients right now are born after year 1996, what do you mean that Obidients are following PDP old mantra? Haha this is very funny to me sha. Forget about PDP here and look more inward on how to proffer solution to Nigeria problem from the perspective of getting effective change on how Obidients conduct their ideology in way that quickly either surrender to the old order by pretending to be on their side or do the strenuous work of building a political platform from scratch which will take years before, it materialize to expected future shaping leadership in all ramifications when it comes to pushing political ideology.

Obidients are not PDP members, they are young adult with blood boiling reality due to trash they met on ground.

The thing is Obidients will never have their way with the politics they practice in Nigeria. They will always turn up high in any election outcome, but it will be difficult for them to win presidential election for one major reason, they fail to factor in the type of people Nigerians are in general which is Nigerians love respect for the elderly and hierarchical structure, Obidients want to erase this and they will have to sweat blood before this can come to reality unless they are ready for revolution.

Senator Dickson is a product of a political system we run in Nigeria, why you guys will expect him to be different from his peers is what baffle me the most. The existing political parties, politician and ideology won't change for you guys unless you start from scratch and work your way up to the top after several years of continuous effort in your new method of solution to Nigeria problem, if you persist to keep merging with the old order I can assure you that you will not win any major election simply because kerosene and water will never mix.

In summary, stop working with old order if you want to change Nigeria political landscape or else they will keep telling you that you met them there.
