They work flawless as though u'r usin an android phone. Viber, shazam, instagram, opera mini, lots of dem. I have almost 20 working android games on my Q10 ryt now

Who has tested the new etisalat 'cheat' nao? Me. I texted COD to 399 and got 50mb... dats etisalat blackberry day plan. up till now no service came up. The apn is already set to blackberryx.net. Do I have to do smtin else for it to work?

walcolm: settings will be my guess but that is only for numbers that you save on the device....most time the BB10 saves your numbers to the simcard....recent OS upgrades now allow you to save your numbers to an email address so that they will be independent of the device. that way, to get your number back, all you have to do is relink the email to the phone and enable the address book of that email

Mehn the email back up thingy ain't working. In fact it's just only 9 numbers. Dat are being backkd up and I've tried dis severally. As for the blackberry link back up, settings doesn't back up phone numbers. I know bcs I just tried it. I backed up only settings, wiped the fone and restored but then it didn't restore any number

Please which back up option on blackberry link backups phone numbers. Is it media, settings or application data? Answers pls

I promise to run mad if anybody solves this problem I'm havin on my Q10. Ever since I upgraded to 10.2.1, I can't get my bbm 'show what i'm listening to' to stay on. Whenever I put it on and leaves, it turns off immediately. Who knows how to fix dis pls?

Illuminatus: Hey Wal. For some reason, my data finishes very very fast. The BBMLITE I got two weeks ago has exhausted and the only thing I do with the phone is What'sApp and BBM. I don't even browse up to three hours in a week with the phone's browser. It is surprising how my data just finished after I download two 3 minute music videos. What could be happening with my data? I use MTN.
Secondly, some of my chats on BBM show a small red box with x written in it. What does that mean?

I suggest U get a glo or etisalat line, subscribe to their bis plans and use on ur device

Im yet to install the 10.2.1 update on my q10. But I still want to ask those dat have.....how many of ur android apps have actually worked? I did sideload over 20 apps on the previous OS but they failed to work (well only a couple did work). So I need responses pls. How many of urs are working and give a list. Thank U

I have only got 1 sideloaded app to work very well and it's my 2go. In d past I've sideloaded over 7 apps and none works. Including temple run, Google Chrome and opera mini. Although the latest OS allows u to install ApKs directly from ur fone without sideloading dem. I just hope they keep enhancing the support for android apps cos if this happens, it's bb for ever for me

I have 3 original chargers. Only one came with the phone but the other 2 came with my bold 5 cos I got it brand new. Before now these chargers charge my device fast. But now I charge for 1 hour and I get just 30% charge.

For the past 3 days now my Q10 have been charging awfully slow. I just can't understand it. 1 hour of charge and it's even barely 30%. I've cleaned my battery terminals but still no change. Help me guys

Go to settings >> Security and Privacy >> Security wipe. Den u type in blackberry and wipe the fone

If my phone stays on for a few hrs...my BBM starts freezing. dis continues until I restart d fone....and den d process repeats itself over and over again. any solutions?
