I went there on Tuesday and they said the package has not arrived and an email I sent to ems was replied saying the item is being held by customs I figured out it was because the sender didn’t include the charge and customs probably couldn’t calculate their fee I’m thinking about visiting the ems headquarters as I was advised at my post office in Abeokuta

It’s been 8 days and one of the customer service assistant said I should come get it in Lagos and by the way I believe they will still release it if I go and get it at the head office NGLOSA tomorrow

according to the tracking it is still in nglosa and The Abeokuta post office was the one I visited by the way maybe I’ll have to go and clear it in their Lagos office on Monday or what do you think

Thanks for your reply bro I was at the post office on 25th of April and they said there is a problem with the item maybe the send reported something which is not cos it was sent by my brother from Ethiopia and he’s also worried I’ve not gotten it does your importation cover countries like Ethiopia please in case of next time

@donbacchi go pick ur package up , let me enlighten more about USPS /Nipost , if u bought stuff from online , always asked ur sender to send it rightly and tell him or her to use priority mail express international , it's handle by ems not nipost , it's faster and secured and ask him or her to insure it as well and every other mail option is handle by nipost services , the problem most people who buy stuff online have is that , the sender don't really send the package rightly and they always use cheaper ones which is risky and not safe , most sender can't afford using this secured and safe mail cos it's expensive and the proceedings is quite little complicated , and If u don't want to go through all this hassle , use DHL , UPS , but it's kinda expensive too , cos they will charge u to collect ur package and it's also comes with lots of questions anmb d quiry , I also offer importation service if u need one at a cheaper price and feel free to ask me any questions about ur package
