Guardians, Women, especially, should learn how to treat house helps well. They should understand that these househelps do not have the privilege's of being nurtured by their parents as they were like some did not go to school but seeking for means of survival.

Although, some house help can be very dangerous to keep or accord right treatment. What I am simply saying is that be observant and vigilant especially when you employ househelp. That would determine the treatment you will accord the helps.
