They was no warning light, it just suddenly happened while driving, the car just dropped from the normal speed i was driving and started moving slowly.
If i start the car and accelerate it, it will move like from one electric pole to another and the speed will drop and started moving slowly. Even if i throttle the pedal to the end,it will still be moving slowly. The oil, gear oil, air flow sensor and filter, fuel pump are okay
That is why am surprised.
Remember is a Lexus hybrid(Rx) with 3mz engine. The reverse is okay.

Contaminated valve body from unsanitary work.

And he said, there is a spring that should be adjust in the valve body.

My gearbox was licking oil and I went to a mechanic, they told me that is from the gearbox pump which i changed and it was moving fine. as i was driving, I slow down at a police check point. And when i tried to accelerate it was not driving. But it reverse.
Please what could be the cause?
