Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois has been accused of cheating on his long term girlfriend Marta Dominguez with Belgian model according Emily Vanhoutte to The Sun.

Commission Gives Army 72 Hours to Identify Soldiers Who Maltreated Civilians

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday in Abuja summoned the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar and the Chief Security Officer of Madonna University to appear before it on August 17 over alleged torture of some students of the school last weekend.

The commission's Executive Secretary, Professor Bem Angwe while addressing an emergency press briefing at the commission's headquarters, also requested the Chief of Army Staff to identify within 72 hours the soldiers that allegedly subjected some civilans to inhuman and degrading treatment.

A photograph of the incident was published in Monday's edition (Monday) of the Daily Trust.

The commission called on all Nigerians to report to it all cases of abuse of human rights committed against them by security officials.
