i have been hunting for a roomself contain apartment and it has been difficult as the fee is just too high. the yearly rent is 150k.

But TP is 250

250k so 100k for agent or what. i am just tired and its just in abk oo.


Please can i get a roomself around alakuko or ijaiye for 250k budget

how are you surviving, because i proivde for the house and take care of my siblings. and what your age

Guy you are not a failure that I can tell you for free.
I am a graduate I finish since 2019 I earn less than 100 per day I am still living in my parents house,
And I always give God the glory for my condition and believing God for better days.

I am 27yeara currently just saving to get my own accommodation after i finished my service year in now back to my parents house. Although i am not jobless as i earn 100k monthly.

I was faced with allot of challenges before coming down to the west and the moment i landed my laptop got spoilt and i have to spend 85k to get another one.

Hopefully in 2 months time i will get atleast 300k to be able to get a roomself.

27yeara scouting in his parent house and currently saving up to get own accommodation. can such person be considered as a failure??

I've never shared my story publicly.
I started dating my ex when I was 20 and he was my 2nd, my first mol£ Sted me. So I always see my ex as my first cos my first consensual sez was with him. I had just gotten into uni then.
Fast Forward to 5yrs later, I graduated and we were still dating o. Mind you, I never had a school bf because he lived in Benin while my school was in ekpoma (AAU). All my years in school I never experienced what it felt like to have a bf In school. My whole life was just him.
So after graduation, he asked me to move in with him.
Though he was out of the country at the time. So I was staying at his place, I had a shop he opened for me while I was waiting for NYSC. Fast forward to a yr later, we started building his house. I was in charge of his finances because he didn't trust any of his family members then, so we finished the house in 8mths.
furnished and bought everything in the house but he was the one sending the money. So after Abt 2mths he came back to Nigeria and we moved into the house and rented out the back flat.

A lady and her family moved in, guess what my ex started dating the lady without me knowing & everybody in the whole area knew but I didn't g Well to cut long story short they're both married with a kid now and guess what??
I'm just now beginning to heal from the heart break
know y'all might wanna know what his reason for breaking up with me was Well according to him he said he didn't love me anymore that meeting this said lady was what opened his eyes to realize that he has never loved me g
That day I collap§ £d and was taking to the hospital by the girl's mother.
Ispent 3days in the hospital and a week after I was discharged he came to my sister's house to collect his shop keys. (I called it his shop cos he sponsored everything) and he gave the keys to the said girl's mother g ) I was depreSSed for over a year. Living on antidepressants.
It took me 18 good months to even give my number to a man. I saw men like bEaSts) . Now I'm 31, still single and somebody comes to bash me for being unmarried at this age? Just like i said, i sealed up my mind and get back to hustling. everything has been going pretty well better than when we were in a relationship. i am
now more productive at work and allot of customers are coming through. I must say, its look like a big factory reset. Shes finding it dificult by moving on. she still post silly things on her whatsapp status just to attack or throw shade to me and i keep ignoring minding my business.

I really don't think she cant be fortunate again. i just felt our spirits was just not working together and its a normal thing because we live in spirit filled world. she can meet someone and things will become greater because thier spirits connect well.

i still like her and i never handle the breakup like a pieces of shit. shes still on my list and only trying to let her understand we are not enemies.

There is more to this life !!!

7 Steps to Attract Wealth

1. Believe your are worthy of happiness
Part of attracting wealth requires that you believe you are worthy of happiness. Notice I did not say you are entitled to happiness. The operative word is worthy. The secret to creating happiness begins with our self-view, which in large part can be strengthened through our morning ritual.

3.End the cycle of learned helplessness
To continue engaging in learned helplessness is to remain trapped in the povertys gravitational pull. You cannot attract wealth or other positive things into your life when your emotional and Karmic space is occupied with the words, I cant.
End the excuses of what you cannot do and begin to use the words I can. In other words, I can attract wealth because I am worthy of happiness.

4.Purge jealousies
Jealousy of another persons worldly possessions means that you are occupying your mind with an illusion. Just because someone is driving an expensive car does not mean they necessarily have money or that they are wealthy. Jealousy is a liar, projecting a false narrative that is almost never grounded in the truth. Let go of your jealousies and make room for joy.
Clear negative energy. Embrace the simple things and fill yourself with peace.

5.Respect the power of money
Money is the byproduct of your hard work and labor. When you disrespect money, you disrespect yourself. Respecting money means keeping it organized. It means tracking it on a regular basis. It means recognizing that money holds both restorative and destructive powers and that it is not to be handled lightly.
Money, when managed properly, has the power to grow and take care of you for many years to come. When disrespected, it turns atrophy and negatively impacts your future. Finally, respecting money means not using it as a temporary tool to boost self-esteem through unneeded spending.

6.Study wealth
Attracting wealth into your life requires that you go beyond wishful thinking. It means making a conscious choice to learn all you can about money and how wealth is accumulated. Examine the practices, beliefs and habits of enlightened people who have created and attracted wealth. These are your teachers.
Recognize that people who have true wealth do not wear flashy jewelry, drive expensive cars or wear designer clothes. In fact, the majority of millionaires are meticulous budgeters who have created their wealth over the course of time.

7.Give money away
This final point relates to the spiritual and Karmic power of money. When we give money to those who are less fortunate, we are helping to replenish the human spirit. Do not hoard money or it will leave you.
Instead, use your empathic abilities to determine who is in need and how you might help them. An example might be offering to pay for groceries in the checkout line for a struggling family in front of you. It could also mean donating your time, which is a form of money, to your favorite charity.
When you give from a place of genuine love and compassion to others, you make room greater happiness, which is the precursor to wealth.

Shes just pitying herself crying that negative things keeps happening to me. like when someones he or she has family spiritual problem. i can actually confirm the spiritual issue when she has almost said all her family problem to me, her brother having mental issue, her mum is breast cancer, her father with stroke and once told me shes the only one normal in the family. she knew 100 💯 this my story is hurting me but my heart has never be this strong and fearless

Ok hear me out something strange happen, the moment i got to lagos, the laptop i was using just suddenly didnt turn up again. i wanted to go crazy because my job was at risk and i could be sacked. the moment i called her , she said shes the one that brough all the problem on me and she was crying. then i didnt say anything because i dnt want to hurt her. she later thanked me for for not responding to that and i can post the chat screenshot if you dont believe me. i meediately contacted my boss so he can pay my money quikly and he did, i got another laptop for my work not to stop.

this is the first time my heart is this strong to the facts that i dont care atall what will happen. like i didnt feel she will be hurt, i really do love her but its just not connecting. i want my next relationship to be my last. believe me

Plan your life and leave her alone

When we were dating, she always talk about spiritual attack on her family and how her mum has cancer and her junior ones has mental problem and all that.
There was a time she was crying and she said her father was attacked with stroke and he cant walk again.

I stood by her for a year by doing allot of things for her but things were very bad for me then. i cnt even save money properly and my customers started to fade away little by little.

fast forward to when we both came to lagos from plateau state and she went to abeokuta. i was staying in lagos. i was praying to God to bring my customer back and things should just go on smoothly.

Not to bore you....

We had an argument and after all said and done. she said the one " shes done with the relationship ". i kept it cool and did not respond because i was just allowing the will of God to happen. a day after things was happening like magic.

Bank reversed my money for over a week, i was given a job in advance to do this friday in ikeja. 2 of my customer came back with a job.

Now the problem is, she has been begging and manipulating things like i jilted her whatsoever. but i am following my mind and my mind keeps telling me not to accept her back.

Please help with advice, because i have planned to stay away from women for atleast 3years.
