Whenever this girl wants to leave you, please don't allow her to come to the street because she will be hard on guys who want love but are yet to really figure things out financially.

You can take her along with you if you need to commit suicide.

What is the name of the app and where can one get it?
I do local or cloud deployment via Perpetual Licensing for clients. I may turn it into SaaS in the nearest future.

BusinessRe: Why Do So Many Small Businesses Struggle With Inventory And Cashflow? by donproject2(m): 8:40am On Jun 22
Being a Software and Laundry Engineer, I already solved this exact problem in Laundry business. I built a Laundry ERP app that helps with managing laundry sales and inventory.

It has multi-branch capability that let business owners see branches figures and performance. There are reports for barely everything that needed to be known, this include top customers, garment types brought most often, service type mainly asked for (Laundry, drycleaning, ironing, etc).

It also helps track number of days customers last patronize so that they can be reached out to.

It does so many more that foreign software would offer.

My next project is to build a SaaS for Property Management System. The software will help commercial hubs with activities management ranging from electricity bill and other utility fees like fuel, cleaning, security, etc.

If we all can go digital, these issues are not far from being over.

Help her and close contact with her. Ghost her.

But if you don't want to help her, don't ask us and don't bother about it. You think you are a better person because she came to you for help and her husband is broke? Na yesterday you see, today you know but tomorrow you never know so if your mind feels like helping, send what she needs and close the case. If your mind does not feel like it, don't help her and close the case. You could have been dead and she would have found someone else. Your experience is simply a test of character. Your character will be tested and has to be consistent whether you have something to gain or not. That is the lesson here for you. Who are you? Money will teach you lessons after you spend it angry grin
I have to comment again. You're a real man, honestly.

It is not very common seeing someone like you.

PoliticsRe: ₦60k Salary, 4 Wives, 17 Kids..... - Lere Olayinka Slams Irresponsible Parenting by donproject2(m):
This is so on point.

We never knew. Many didn't see the danger in raising untrained kids. Nature abhors vacuum. If you don't give them education, if given a gun, they gladly take it.

The first time I went to the core north, I saw this almajiri system in its raw form. It is so pathetic. How do we have babies who are sent to the street at a young age of three or four, to go and fend for themselves?

When they grow old with no education or no skill. How do you think they'll survive? The easiest thing for them is to become criminals. They have no value in them. They are rejected by the society.

They will never leave that society where they grew to look for their daily bread. They've known every nook and cranny of the country when we are busy giving our kids the best education. They will use that only thing they know, knowledge of our topography, to terrorize people who never think they matter.

They are faceless and homeless. They come out occasionally, wreck havocs, and disappear like they never existed.

It is a ticking time bomb for everyone. If the government is serious. There's a root cause. If that cause is not uprooted, we can never win against insurgency in Nigeria.

It will be a long drill for the government. A very long one, that, if they care and they are serious about ending it.

Whether government is going to win or not depends on the method of the fight they choose today. If all they do is to run after them and kill them, leaving their seeds to grow into the same terror they eliminated. Our case will be like an infinite loop that has no clause to break it. We will never get out of here.

To end this. We need to assuage them. How do we do it? By giving them, when they are young, that thing that every kid with ambition and future has.

Don't make their hands idle, so they won't use them to carry guns.

The Alade hu iho story is kinda about a friend of Alade, who on seeing the horns on Alade's head could not bear to keep the secret and not being able to tell anyone had to dig a hole and shouted Alade hu iho into the pit. A pawpaw tree later grew from the hole and some boys made a hollow in the stem to form a kind of trumpet. Unfortunately, when blown, what the villagers heard was Alade hu iho. #Hope.I.got.it.right.

A video currently trending online has sparked reactions after a Nigerian lady called out the high cost of rent in Lagos.

In the video, she talked about how some landlords build houses and describe them as “Lekki standard,” then go ahead to charge as high as ₦2.5 million per year.

She also pointed out something that got many people talking some landlords still place restrictions on tenants despite the high rent.

According to her, the big question is how many Nigerians earning normal salaries can afford such amount in today’s economy.

The issue of rising rent in areas like Lekki has been a growing concern, with many residents complaining about affordability.
Oga OP, the lady is lamenting about houses in Benin, not Lagos.

CareerRe: Neighbors Label Me Yahoo Guy, because I Work From Home. by donproject2(m): 6:16pm On Feb 01
Techpik:
Happy Sunday guys, this have accusation of labeling me yahoo guy in the compound have happened on many occasions during compound meeting, side talks etc.

But I’m not to be sincere I’m a freelance website developer working from home, I have worked for lots of people even on this nairaland, within Nigeria and abroad at the comfort of my home.

What use to trigger this labeling is because most of my neighbors go out in the morning and come at night and I’m always indoor (at home) living good.

So this have been causing side talks and even confrontations from some neighbors.

Most times I have been explaining and try to prove to them, that I’m a freelance website developer that I worked from home.

Before anybody will think the same on nai.raland, you can check me on google Techpik and all social medias and my site.

You will even see good reviews from people I have completed projects for.

I also need your advice guys, to deal with those neighbors.
This is what many remote workers face. Wrong labeling.

Boss, I don't know if this is appropriate. I am also a web developer as well as data generalist. I can use frontend and backend websites using Javascript. I am proficient in using many data tools like Python, Power BI, SQL. I don't know, you may have anything for me.
