On pay day, they came with this story of network and server congestion and stuff.

Then they said, to make it better, only those from levels 1-3 can withdraw their earnings
Meaning that those in level 0 has to level up to atleast level-1 before they can initiate a withdrawal. And that cost 1600Naira.

If you hang around Ponzi schemes for quite a while, you'll understand how these people work.
