My elder brother who lives in America started his project in Lagos 2010, finish it 2019 because of different problem different spending during foundation he settled during meta-level he settled during nitel level he also settled, during roofing he settled during plastering he settled and
later just abandon the property like that and started a fresh one in abia state he has finished it totally. He finished it within 6 months. The reason why there's enough spending in Lagos is because most of the youth are lazy to work they just depend on you that want to come and invest to feed them.

Don't start tha yet if you are not ready to start spending unnecessary money in different corners trying to settle the youth the traditional rulers and the government there's no way you can escape all this and it will cost you nothing less than 1 million to do all this first.

Go and surveys to see if someone else temper with the land in the past. You don't just buy property in Lagos when you re a struggling guy

For now nobody will disturb you just go and start first and see you spending all the money you should have used to complete that, u wll spend it in settlement here and there, if you stay in Lagos it would have be better, epe of all places where far from Lagos

Having a property in Lagos is not really funny it is not easy especially the fact that you don't stay in Nigeria you will spend a lot the total money that would have gotten you a good house in another state might hook u in widow level in lagos after paying tinibu boys and traditional rulers

Your friend is a very funny human being he lives in Benin all his life travel abroad and went to buy land in Lagos just to be a land owner like hyping I have property in Lagos. Later you will buy that same land again you never see Lagos wahala
