My first trade of the year. Entered on the OB on H1.
I have a bearish bias on EU. Price is heavily oversold on H4 with triple tops showing a failed bullish sentiment.

If price breaks the support(drawn from daily tf) at 1.077, we just might see a dip to the 1.6900 zone which has 50% fib retracement level marked off from the most recent low to the recent high on the daily. A prominent daily OB is present at this level as well.

Ps. I'm very rusty. Ive not actively traded in over 2 months. Might be wrong. We watch and move as the market shows it's dance steps.

I switched my bias to bearish because of that reason...the stop hunting.
Market has printed two bearish pinbars on the daily. Chance of a breakout downwards is at least 50 percent or more, considering the area the market is at

Last month close made me refused to change my bullish bias...
Yeah the bears are strong but they ain't taking key levels....
I will start looking out for bears when we test 1.24...
But untill then I'm bullish until bears starts taking key levels...
I feel yesterdays close was a trap....

Every thing is just speculation sha...
My risk is already defined...
If I'm taking out we calm down and look for the next trade

Dosheddy while you still using indicators… those stuff lag n will mess you up big time wen you least expect..

I don't base my analysis on indicators.
I use price action....
Sometimes the indicators helps to get better entry....

Well yesterdays trade is still running....
So I didn't take any other trader...

Below is the trade...

Time 1:18. Stop loss moved to entry after 50pips move above entry

Time 3:15 - stop loss moved 20 pips above entry.
Take profit 1 picked

Time 4:00 all three t.p closed at 70 pips we did 1:2 R.R....

Account back to 10k

Till tomorrow we go again

And said I should practice in it instead.......

Thank God they have uhmm link where you can see the progress....

Goal is to stick to the rules....

Two losses in a day close and try the next day......

0.4% risk per trade...

Three positions.
S.l 33 pips....
T.p 1 70pips
T.p 2 105 pips.
T.p 3 105 pips....

Took first trade today still running thou..
But I already counted it as a loss ....

Happy New Year Diary.....

Yeah 2022 wasn't a bad year even tho I didnt achieve my major aim but we'll we keep trying....

Truth is we gained alot of knowledge and made lots of improvement....

Sorry I didn't update how the challenge went...
Been occupied with lots of stuff ...

Well I lost the challenge on the last day...
That's progress....

Was 1% short for Breaking Even but I couldn't get the 1% on the last day....

Now I'm starting the year this week ...

And I'm giving myself 2 months of practice before trying again.....

Made some improvements and changes to my strategy and method....

This two months all I want to achieve is discipline...

The strategy is fine..
Risk management in place

What is left is discipline to keep to those rules....
