Two things has to happen if England are to do well. First Grealish has to retain His place in that midfield trio. If that means dropping one of Rice or Kalvin to accommodate Mount then so be it. Secondly upfront it was to be one of Sterling or Foden not the both of them as playing the two of them together offers us no width. One of Sancho/Saka has to ALWAYS start.

Kalvin and Rice have been too helpful defensively to be benched.

Rotating Grealish and Mount, then Foden and Sterling won’t be bad.
