I don't have enrolment date on my admission letter but when lecture starts. There is another document sent to me with enrolment date. Is it alright to send the admission letter only for appointment confirmation or I should send both?

I believe you should send both. You could merge both files as one pdf document (Google pdf merger)

PS: I am not an authority on this, I just feel that's what is most appropriate. I could be wrong.
