perooo2017: Just thinking... why would Fbn ask of our availability for the training school, which I believe its unusual. My best guess is they want to give us accommodation considering the present transportation challenge in Lagos Better think straight. They asked for your availability 'cause it took them time to get back to us. Some persons got offers elsewhere. So they want to know the number of people they'd be expecting to resume TS. No be only accommodation, better start making your plans o |

Does anyone have any info about likely resumption and all as i have to give my current employer one month notice or forfeit a month pay. Ok, let me help out. You should start filing in your resignation letter already. We most likey assuming training school latest last week of February or First week of March. PS: from an unreliable source. |

How many days intervals do we have from the day the mail will be sent to the day the documentation and medicals will take place? I am presently in port harcourt that's why i am asking I really don't know about the interval tho. But it's a sure thing we're getting the D and M mails max two weeks time. |

Qualcoms: Well, can this be a factor to determine our resumption?
And does it mean that the maximum year of service in a position is 20years ??
Could that years of service be the reason for the sack or some other criteria could have been compared too??
@DonYza, Please shed more light on this if you know, or any person too 20years ain't maximum tho. Some served for over 30years. I guess they were assessed, like KPIs amongst other factors. Not really sure per say |

Yesterday, they relieved over 5k senior staff off their duties. So that means we're getting our paths cleared up, our triumphant entry is soon.
The members of staff they sacked are those that served for over 20years. |

Only 2 of the aforementioned are tier 1 bank. You not talking about review now, are you? First get the GD documentation and medicals mail bro |

obysuccess: is their result out? Someone who currently works with FBN says the sequence is, after training in about a month time their result will be released and what follows is posting. I learnt they also finished their training early this month.
If their result is out already, their posting will probably be this week. 2weeks after TS, you report to your designated branch. They'd be posted this week. We'd get our DM this week. Selah |

How about the current vacancies they posted on the 21st of this month? Most of them are still graduate recruitment. Hope this does not in anyway affect our own recruitment, or should we still apply too? Just confused. This anxiety and curiosity is really uncalled for. Believe me when I say we the next. And it's gon be max first week of Feb. Or worst case, second week. |

raydatluvs: but I understand you do not decide if you get a relocation hence that's outside my scope of control. Do you know if first bank pays for professional qualifications or if they do 13th month? I think they pay for professional certificates, and sure pay 13th month salary. |
