Initially I had that heat challenge, I tried stove, d smoke. Didn't hhelp matter @ all, I quickly went to d market, got charcoal stove 2 pcs, bt d heat was massive, using one was ok, bt if I step out for like 3 hours, the charcoal ll burn out and d brooder ll be cold again. So I inquired from someone who said I could use lamps, I got several of it, and since today I ve nt lost any chick except one dat had an accident. Something feLl on her. D heat is better and I now understand how they behave concerning light and heat. Didn't know dat dey dnt see well as chicks. Bt I know dat now. Thanks.
My challenge now is d drugs to be used / vaccines; when? How? Day to day. Starting from day 4.

Finally!!! Am doin something I love so much! Poultry!!! I jst got a carton of a day old broiler chicken and a day old of layers. We r still in d vehicle. Am already super excited esp cos u guys are here! So where do I start?

Just want to add, alcohol intake has effect on our skin, have experienced it, esp when taking late at night. Model expert (hearc her while watching a reality show) said it dries the skin and adviced that ladies should drink plenty of water after taking alcohol or better still drink water or juice when hanging out. just tot i should share.

I tell you my wify sef dey JEALOUS my skin. Anyway, i no say my own na special gift be that. The last time I applied looting was 15 yrs ago, even that time na "adiagbon". Think mine is luck sha. Am always looking glooming day by day.

Night, Jump into shower, listen to NEWS at the same time dinner. When i am ready to sleep,if i remember i'll brush my teeth, if not then jump to bed, ready to sleep. Then, if my wiffy want make we do the thing, i give her sharp sharp and then sleep off,

for me, am trying to stick to a pattern.
wake, pray, brush my teeth, drink a glass of water, bath, cream (cocoa butter all over) still looking for a good face moisturiser to use, use my roll on, make up and go to work.

also use eden apricot scrub (blv me its coooooooooooool) smoothes my face, i also have neutrogen 2 in one mask and wash, wash with it in the morning and mask once a week. nice too. then when i have an event to attent, i use my egg/garlic facials, thats it. dont want to bore u with lots of other stuff i do, but will write abt them all if need be sha. thanks all.

i used SO WHITE for almost 1 year and 6 months and it was really nice on me, my feet was not dark and all that, i used the exfoliating soap and moisturizer, i also used olay classic something with SPF 15, i have forgotten the name (have been looking for that cream for a while now). i started using them in 2008 and i looked really nice, and glowing but somehow i got tired of it, dont know why exactly but i have a feeling its making my skin thinner, infact i got bored using same thing esp when i couldnt find the Olay moisturizer i was adding to the cream. but its really nice. am sure abt the soap and the moisturizer. the serum is rubbish if u ask me.

Well, dont know much abt guys but i do not that everyone (male or female) ought to look good esp if u are light skinned. as a guy dont use bleaching stuff esp if u are light skinned cos its so irritating to see a guy with bleached skin. you can moisturize ur body. i know a friend (guy) that cleanse his face with his sisters stuff and he looks so muaaah! so when the sister got married and moved out he bought those products mostly neutrogene acne wash (he doesnt have pimples o! but it helps dry out oil from his face)

Try to avoid sun exposure and use a moisturizer with sunscreen. get a facial wash and always wash ur face and u ll glow. good luck.

I would advice you to use cocoa butter for the stretch mark, it really works, although it might take a little while before you start seeing results, but I can assure you that it works. Just use dilligently, morning and night, and after a while, you'll notice a great difference.

Secondly, you could also try shea butter, I think that works really well too.

i dont particularly have a special morning ritual. i wake up, say my prayers and straight to the bathroom. if i remember i use a face wash (neutrogena two in one Mask and wash) if i dont?  i just bath apply any available cream (have been using so white for over a year now, its nice but, so now i dont have a cream, still deciding on what to try next.) and off to work.

there is this tip a lady i met at a fashion designer's shop shared, its kinda "grossy" but its so perfect, very effective.

all u need
egg white
garlic
mix the egg white with the ground garlic and apply to face. leave till its very dry before u wash. u ll be surprised. if u can do it everyday? u ll be wowed! trust me on this one.

Note: its "hot" meaning that it has a lil menthol or something, dont know a better name to describe it,
