1. Understand your sexuality: Men are turned on by female nudity in any way, shape or form. This is why a man can turn his neck clock wise and anti-clock wise just to get a clear view of a passing well built girl. When it comes to viewing the female anatomy, men have a visual ignition-switch. Women's ignition are tied to touch and relationship.

2. The kind of music you listen to : Music such as love songs can stimulate an individual to have and welcome sexual thoughts.

3. Your association: someone once said; if an eagle moves with chickens after a while the eagle will start acting like the chickens. You are who you move with.

4. Consciously think right: it is what you give attention to that grows. If you give attention to sexual thoughts, it will grow and bear fruit. But if you give attention to those things that are good, noble, pure, right, lovely and honourable the y would also grow and bear fruits. (Philippians 4:

5. Consciously stay away from Pornographic films/books.

1. Identify the areas of opportunity in your discipline.

2. Write out your personal goals and objectives (showing whether you want to further your education immediately or go into the industry).

3. Among the areas of opportunities identified above, select 3 which are in line with your set goals and objectives.

4. Carry out self assessment to know if you have the required skills or knowledge to pursue a career in your chosen area.

5. If you have the required skills, keep on developing yourself so as to have a competitive edge in the industry; if you don't, identify the appropriate organisation or training institute and enrol yourself so as to acquire the required skill not the certificate. (NOTE: the certificate may get you the job, but only the skill can retain the job).

6. Attend seminars and discussions on writing curriculum vitae and cover letter that will help project your skills and competencies so as to secure the right job.

7. Develop yourself via solving job aptitude test questions and make good use of your NYSC year.

8. Pray to God for favour as you forward your application for every job.

Have you ever been frustrated with the weaknesses of your flesh? Have you ever resolved never more to yield to a particular sin, yet when the temptation came, you fell right back into it? It's happened to all of us - even the disciple Peter. He swore he would never deny Jesus... But he did it anyway, time and time again.
There is, however, something we can do to keep from falling prey to temptations like that. WE CAN WATCH AND PRAY. That's why in Jude 20-21, God tells us much the same thing that Jesus told the disciples that night. God knows even better than we do that OUR FLESH HAS BEEN TRAINED TO FLOW WITH THE WORLD'S STREAM. He knows that even though our born-again spirits are reaching for God, OUR UNTRAINED FLESH WILL ALWAYS HAVE A TENDENCY TO FALL TO SIN.
So, he's given us the ability to PRAY in other tongues, to strengthen our spirits and build ourselves up until our spirits take ascendancy over our flesh.
