the thing with potter , He is trying to implement positional set-up/ play with the wrong players whilst not having a complete squad & not playing the players to their full strength. No be mid-team be this, manage the players and go for results first .Style of play can come later . not playing with a Dm/Cm at all, you'd fail.

I share the same sentiment, what we needed last season was a cover in middle(Aurélien Tchouameni) would have been ideal and back up for both the wing backs but no lakaka is a must buy.
This season taking bissouma + pogba that's after strengthening with Sterling and aligning the defense would have been better. Let me wait till season ends if it will top Marina's 2017 signings ( drinkwater, bakayoko etc)

Cucrella should know this is a big team , man should be making runs & recovering runs too,most of the game his decision making was awful .Not only being good on d' ball..Silva is old but but Tuchel is packing defenders only when is obvious we need quality and extra numbers in the team. I only blame tuchel for his poor scouting. The early we move on from jorginho-kante- kova era the better for us. Mount is an average no10 yes but how many chances were created not coming from the wing backs.
